You didn't say what other empty slots were available, so there is :
R U' R2 U2 R then finish how you like: sledge / U' F' U F / U2 F' U2 F
the last of these keeps the back-right pair for insertion

personally, the one i use is a little bit weird, but is extremely fast to execute, only takes about 0.5sec for me to turn.
R U' R' B' R' U' R2 U R' B
B' can be executed with the right ring finger, while B can be executed by the left index finger.
Go check out M Cuberzz on youtube, he has a video of 10 algorithms to do this case, choose whichever one you like. I like the one I wrote above the most. :)

Need an alg to solve this F2L Case for the BR slot, rotationless

Hi all, I'm new and I hope that I'm posting in the right section 👀.

I average around high 14 ~low 15 and, among the many suggestions for lowering my average, I've been told to focus on solve front left and back right slots as soon as possible during f2l, or the backslots in general.

I have developed a good level of lookahead during F2L: I can always find the next pair while solving the current one. The problem is that, somethimes, after I solve the first pair, the pair that I track is diagonal to the first.
So my question is: should I force myself to always find the non-diagonal pair or should I just solve the first pair that i find during lookahead?

Thanks to all of those who answer my questions

Is there a short algorithm to solve F2L case 15, rotationless, but its inserted into the FL slot?
This is the case, but instead of the FR slot, it goes into FL, in the same orientation.

I don't know of any rotationless algs so I would just do (U) L' U L U2 y' R U R' .
I also checked J perm's F2L algsheet (bit.ly/bestf2l) and found nothing rotationless (if there are no other unsolved slots) so unless you're doing something longer than 7/8 moves (excluding rotations) you should just stick with it.

It is a RF slot with no rotations: M U (R U' r') U' M'
Left hand would be M U' (L' U l) U M'
What i mean is, the same exact case for the FR but not mirrored, going into FL instead.
Maybe there isnt a way to do it rotationless, im just striving to be able to do F2L totally rotationless, without learning ZZ

Edit: This

Yeah, the best way do do that case is that position of edge/corner, but the corner is above the slot. Then you use the alg that I proposed.

I'm having a hard time doing opposites, is there a software...lol

Any help would be great with the one's which aren't right?

Right Hand --- Left Hand R f' U' f --- L' f U f' r' U' (R U M') --- l' U (L U' M' R2 F R F' R --- L2 F' L' F L' L' U L U' L U L' --- R' U R U L' U' L r U2 R2 U' R2 U' r' --- l U2 L2 U L2 U l R' F' R U R U' R' F --- L F L' U' L' U L F' F' (U' L' U L) F L' U L --- F (U R U' R') F' R U' R' R U R U R U' R' U' R' --- L U' L U' U R U R

:)

What exactly are you asking for in THIS thread?
I am guessing he is asking for a good program that can do opposite cases for opposite hands. Ex. Right hand T-perm but for left-hand, without figuring out how to do it with second-guessing.
Either that or he is asking how to do F2L cases with both hands. In which cases on www.cubeskills.com, there is a good algorithm sheet on ALL F2L with different angles, such as Front, back, Left-Front and Right-Back. (Left-front and right-back are meant as cases you need a rotation to solve, and front and back as cases you do NOT need to rotate)

Thanks for responding Anthony, yes sometimes I have a hard time thinking how to reverse algs and find it fun to do right and left hand algs. I've been watching some really cool F2L tricks and saw these so wanted to learn the opposite...

It's really exicing to learn a new alg for the left hand as well as the right...lol

I think the first one's are all good but a few of the reverse one's need some help if anyone want's to participate...

:)

Oh, there is one Website, either it's on alg.cubing.net or alg.garron.us or I'm mixing something up, not sure, where you can input your sequence and have a flip/inverse button
