Hi, I would like to learn CFOP, but the challenge of learning 147 algorithms seems very hard for me. Any tips on how to start?
(I know the beginner's method and average around a minute.)

I'm pretty sure it's 119 algorithms (57 from OLL, 21 from PLL and 41 from the basic F2L cases). But first, you need to learn beginner CFOP, which consists in a reduce version of CFOP. You can start learning 2 Look OLL and PLL and also intuitive F2L. As @ObscureCuber mentioned, there's many videos for this.

You only need to learn 78+ 5-6 algorithms for basic CFOP. 119 or more is useless until sub 15. You can do F2L intuitively with a few algs for tough cases. If you have solid fundamentals such as cross and F2L efficiency, quickly recognising OLLs and PLLs, then that's enough to take you a long way (even sub 20).
Almost forgot: check out @Zubin Park's how to get sub x thread. It helps a lot
This became a bit of a ramble imo.

You only need one algorithm to start learning CFOP.

CF can be learned to solve intuitively (no algs), OP can be done just with RUR’U’.

I currently average low to mid 8 for 3x3, and I am considering how can I to sub 8. My scenario: my F2L is almost pauseless, and I can plan first F2L pair every single time. All my OLL algs are all sub 1.2. All my PLL algs are all sub 1.4. I hope someone can give me some tips to improve. Any help is appreciated.

At that speed your PLL could use a little work probably. A lot of fast people can get sub-1 singles on all of them. Consider learning easy to recognize ZBs. And use mega posts!

My cross is 3 second about.
My F2L is 10 second about.
My LL is 7 second about.
My ao100 is 22 second about.
How to become sub 20?
How to training my lookahead?
