I'm sub-20 with 3LLL

Sent from my D2 using Tapatalk

And I'm sub-20 with 4lll(I know almost know full PLL now, but I was sub-20 with just 4-look). But it's good to start learning PLL at around 25-30 and then go straight into OLL. Some people have gotten sub-10 singles with LBL but does that mean it's really good or the best course of action?

I average about 36.41 and I just can't get sub 30 for the life of me, I've gotten sub 30 solves, I just can't average it.
I know full PLL besides the G perms and a good bit of OLL. My F2L is pretty bad and I don't seem to be getting better, I've looked at PDFs with good F2L algs but I can't seem to remember in solves, I've tried doing intuitive F2L but they are really bad solutions. I've watched Jperms and Lazermonkey's videos on advanced F2L but they don't cover all of them or in a good way. (Edit) I also pause a lot in solves which I am trying to fix
I do about 50 solves a day, and for the past three months have made no progress.
Please help me.

There was a video by jperm j think, find a corner and edge. When you get your cross solution track the pieces or figure out the moves affecting the pieces. E.g. if you have an esge in the LF, an r move won't affect it but an L or F will

Problem slowing down
So, I'm trying to get more precise with my algs instead of just spamming muscle memory. I always read that "slow is smooth and smooth is fast". So I'm trying to slow down and get my solving more under control. I figure it will also help with look ahead since I can keep a better watch on what is moving where. This is where I come into a problem.

When I try to slow down my solves I lose place of what the algs are. When I do PLL or OLL I don't think of moves, they've all become muscle memory. I think "T" and my fingers do a T perm. If I try to slow it down, I get one or two moves in and lose my place of where I'm going next. If I try writing it down it takes forever because I end up repeating the move adding one more turn each time and I feel like my brain isn't functioning. If I stop doing a perm in the middle and pause for a few seconds. I can't think of what comes next. If I don't pause then I finish without a problem. I couldn't sit and think of what turns make up the move.

Has my brain just to hell? Has anybody else had the same problem? Any advice on how to break through it?

Thanks,

-Jeff

Every Youcuber always tell "You need to plan first pair while inspection to be sub 10" they don't say "Here's how to plan first pair" For me It seems difficult.
My question is : How to plan first pair in inspection.

but what if the F2L pair is on the right or down on the D layer?
In jperms new critique vid it mentions how to prrdoct

Practice. Keep improving F2L and practice. If you want, you can finish learning PLL then dive into OLL, but it really won't help you much. Right now, all you can do is keep practicing. The grind to sub-30 can take time. As for how to improve F2L, try just tinkering around with stuff. Do an untimed solve where during F2L you try new stuff to eliminate rotations and lower moves. For example, if a piece is inserted in a slot, then the way you take it out should almost always pair it up. The only way to help your F2L is to look at what you're doing wrong and fix it. Don't learn algs for all of F2L, they usually suck since they only take into account 1 slot(you can still learn a few for specific cases though).

Ah, so you're a cat doctor now. Purr doc. ;)

I wanna learn ZBLS, ZBLL, Full color neutrality, Efficient F2l and Inspection of first pair before solving, how much do u think I can average with this?
