It depends on what stage you are having a hard time with
Try looking at several different tutorials in video and written format, eventually you'll find one you like. F2L will be hard at first, but don't give up. Make you you are comfortable with notation.
Which method do you use currently?

Any suggestions for improvement? I find it difficult to find cases fast enough. Also, I haven't really gotten around to doing any work on improving my cross yet.

My advice probably isn't that good but since nobody's replied on this:
I recommend you focus and improve your F2L, at 20 seconds for cross/F2L you should look into look-ahead if you haven't already. Cyboux's video on F2L look-ahead is really good imo. Recommend you watch the video from start to finish as it has some good info on look-ahead as well as practicing look-ahead.
Also, for LL, do you use 1 Look OLL and PLL?

My advice may be of some help. Before starting to solve, inspect all the moves you can perform and plan out 10 moves already. Developing your muscle memory will definitely solve your problem. But remember there is no alternative for practice

With beginner method i was doing about 50s. But then i started learning and am looking forward to learn all oll. www.youtube.com/watch?v=f2oK_GmoWhk please watch this and feel free to give any suggestions.

Plan your cross fully in inspection. Solve 2 would've been about 17 seconds, but cross took forever because you didn't plan it all. Spend some time doing blind crosses, it's boring but it will pay off big time.

I'm around 26 seconds. I know all but 4 OLLs and 6PLLs (Should have learned most of the PLLs first but I'm weird).
I do the cross on the bottom but it still seems to take far too long in comparison to the rest of my solves. I think this is partly because whenever I do moves like B,B',D, or D' sometimes the cube will lock up and blow around 1.5 seconds.
People have told me not to worry about buying lubix because I have an Aolong v2, is that nonsense?

(My cross takes around 4-5sec, f2l 11-12sec, LL 10sec.)

First of all:
Welcome to the Forum!

aolong v2 is totally fine. Its mostly the cuber, not the cube.

And no cubers like B moves :p
try to experiment with double layer moves, then you can avoid to do B moves.
Little example:
if you got to do R B' you could also do l U'

Or you could do x R U'

So there are ways to prevent to do akward moves.

And if you didnt know yet:
every cross can be solved in 8 or less moves. Can you do that?
cross Efficiency is a big part. Cause then you can plan the entire cross (with its fingertricks) during inspection.

I need some personal advice to get to sub fifteen I imagine you see a lot of the questions but please help me out, My average 100 with cfop is around 30 seconds with a PB of 17.3. I already know 2 look oll and pll and use intuitive f2l. Cross and f2l take around 17 seconds. Now that you know this can you give me some advice.

P.s, be creative

You'll just get generic advice unless you upload a video or splits because otherwise we can't pick up on specific faults.

I am a relatively new cuber with an average of about 1 minute, and I was wondering which would be the best way to continue to improve on that time. I currently use a mixture between the Fridrich and Beginner Methods. I have noticed that I need to improve on OLL and F2L. Would the best way to continue forward be to learn new algorithms, practise or otherwise?

Thanks.

If you don't know Fridrich F2L, the most important thing for you to do now is learn it and practice it.
