I am too scared to lube with lubix because i have to get the springs out and they would make uneven tensions.

If you pull the sides and look how many threads of the screw are showing, and make sure that's consistent on all sides, then it will be even.

Or screw in until it gives a lot of resistance, and do that on all sides, then unscrew each side the same amount as the others. That will do the same thing.

I put extra virgin olive oil in my weilong v2 and its AMAZING. It cuts 70 on some sides and is incredibly smooth and fast. The only one problem is its a bit too fast for me (sub 21.2) but perfect for faster solvers.

-Uses olive oil
-Cuts 70 degrees

I'm hoping this is a joke post.

What should I lube my Rubik's Brand 3x3 with? I don't want to use something expensive like Calvin's Lube that I use for my speedcubes. I live in India and silicone spray isn't available here? Is there an alternative lube?

You could buys the small calvin's lube with high viscousity. I costs around 250 rs and is way cheaper and effective too. Or you could try maru's lube too

It's poor KO of maru. At the beginning it speed up your cube for a couple of solves, but then it became slow and gummy. At least it worked like that for me.
It's worse than maru and that's all.
