Hi!
I'm learning CFOP reduced and I'm very stucked in F2L intuitive. I know how to do it but when I try to do it in my solves my times are like 20 seconds more than before using F2L intuitive. Any tip to improve my F2L?

I think most cubers get worse times when they first learn F2L. Just practice learning more efficient ways to do pairs and recognition.

It can be useful sometimes, depends on the case. If rotating to insert is going to help with future pairs, then go ahead and rotate. But if it's better not to, then do the alg.

I am a 25sec average solver using 3LL and the only way to improve seems to be working on my look ahead. But for looking ahead, the prerequisite is to be able to solve f2l pairs from muscle memory from any position. So I thought I'd someone could post the f2l cases algorithmically so I could memorise it and then progress to looking ahead

Tip 2: When doing the pair blindfolded, do the solution really really fast. This drills the alg into muscle memory.
There are still a few cases that require you to use algs, since the algs solve them much more efficiently than an intuitive method would. Examples:
F U R U' R' F' R U' R for misoriented edge connected with corner with white facing up
M U L F' L' U' M' for oriented edge connected with corner facing edge (R U' R U2 R2 U' R2 U' R2 for ZZ solvers)
F R U2 R' F' instead of y' R U' R' U2 R U R'
And a few other non-intuitive algs.

But most F2L cases should be learned and done intuitively.
