How can I work out a mirror alg? I'm learning to solve the mirror cube but the tutorial I'm using doesn't give mirror algs (no pun intended!)

I know I'm kind of carping here, but still, I hate when WCA rules are being broken even in small things.
Does this regulation forbid wearing electronic watch on the wrist while solving? If so, I know a lot of people wearing these kind of watches and don't put them off before doing official solves. Should we just ban them all?
And if wearing electronic watch is not prohibited, then how about smart watches? Are they allowed too?
Thanks.

This is so true, I found that the less you care about an event, the better you do compared to your standards, for example, I have beaten my PB singles and averages in 4x4-7x7 and megaminx. This is partially to do with not practicing, so being surprised with good times.
I'm not practicing some of my favourite events for my next competition, hopefully it goes well if this is correct.
Yup! definitely. When I did 6 official 3BLD attempts, only one of them was a success. That was definitely from nervousness
But I seem to do better at 3x3 and 4x4 at comps even though i don't practice them as much. I remember my first 3x3 average was sub 16 when I averaged around 18

I interpret that regulation to forbid using an electronic watch (i.e. looking at its display), but just wearing one and not making use of it is fine.

The smart watch question is more important because smart watches are capable of so much more. I know it has been raised but I don't think it has been properly addressed yet.

I know full PLL and almost full OLL(6-7 remaining) but still I average around 35-40 seconds....I think my TPS is a problem...What do you suggest?

Turn slowly and look ahead. It sounds counterintuitive to turn slowly, but if you don't pause then your times will be faster than before. You might have to start out turning really slowly, but that's fine - just don't pause. Gradually you'll find yourself able to turn faster and faster while still being able to consistently look ahead.

I can easily go at 1move/second.... I will try to go slower...and hope my time will improve...

Should I increase BPM by 10 at once or by 5? And how long should I practice at a particular speed?

lol are you trying to make a meme?
