too Lubed

I dont know if there is already this thread, but i searched and didnt find any.
So I have a 3x3 zhanchi V. I put too much maru lube in it,and it turns TO fast, and it is slipery. Can I Open it,and wipe out all the lube,or am i doomed to a slipery cube?
Thanks in advance.

I only have maru lube and use it for all my cubes
does it leave white marks on the cube though?
i think it does but im not sure.
whenever i lube a cube with maru,it seems after a while there are white leftovers eveerywhere on the cube, and i think this makes them worse.

I have white cube but I also can notice white marks on them after maru, and my friend also on black. But i dont think that makes them slower

I tend to stay away from just Maru, it will indeed leave white leftovers, which in my case tend to crop up and mix with cube dust to make grey gunk.
Usually I'll mix it in with other silicone lubes which gives a nice feel without the gunk. Or just silicone and no Maru.

so i guess i was right.
i'm pretty sure this ruined my zhanchi
on my current main (a sulong) the mech is not so complex so cleaning isn't a problem, but you should just see my zhanchi.its literally dirty in every little crack there is.
i've tried cleaning it but it just can't be helped at this point.the corner cutting is 45 degrees, but its dificult, and so is normal corner cutting.
i guess there's a bright spot though,i use it for BLD since i can feel every turn i make

You really don't need 45 degrees corner cutting, your Zhanchi's fine

I dont have jigloo and other sprays in my country. The price of $ is also high in my country so I am thinking about getting diff oil 50K wt. Can I speedcube with that or I use something else. Moyu Weilong.

ye i'm aware of this, but as i said even few degrees off corner cutting is slugish and hard.
i could probably fix it,but i like the bumpy feel of my sulong so much i won't bother

Are you really that lazy?
I did this on like 3 Zhanchis before I figured this out. All you have to do is dissassemble the thing and wipe everything with a tissue. Seriously. It's not that bad. Especially since you can see where the gunk is.

For core cleaning (if you need it) use a Q-tip to get down in there. I mean eventually you need to do a full cleanout on any cube.

Oh my. Did you try the search bar?
Yeah 50k wt diff oil is fantastic, which everybody has confirmed around 50 thousand times in this thread.
Short answer is yes.
