It doesn't actually dry out, it just spreads out to the point where you can't really see it or feel it. (It's electric!)

If you're talking about the feel or speed of the cube, the Fangshi doesn't really need lubing on the pieces. Just the core.

Hello,
I have a stickerless Dayan Zhanchi and the only thing I can find is Liqui Moly silicon spray.

is it okay to use it?

also I would like to ask about the sewing machine oil and plain food oil as I read different opinions about them.

Thank you

Be careful with the stickerless Zanchi, I damaged (stained) the cubes with CRC silicone spray on one of mine. Though I'm not familiar with the spray you mention, Lubix or differential oil would probably be safer.

Oh god no no no. The era of silicon spray is over, the era of sewing machine oil (or bike oil. or car oil) never began or will begin and I thought people only put vegetable oil in their cubes as a joke. Apparently the joke was based on real events.

Get differential oil (Weight 50k is good for most people), a bottle of 50cc costs around 10 dollars shipping included. With that bottle you can lube your cubes atleast 200 times. It makes the cube way faster than any of the examples you mentioned. It also does not ruin your cube.

diff oil

i live in india so i have no idea how to get differential oil or shock oil. when i ask the shop keepers they do not have any idea what i am talking about and there are no hobby shops for 100% silicone lube. so could somebody please tell me another name for differential oil or where is it found in general and where to by it

I believe there is a large Indian speedcubing communnity who every so-often receive a huge stockup on cubes and accessories. I'll find more information.

EDIT: SCMU is what I'm looking for.
There's a facebook group here
There's also a shop here and another one here

i was just wondering where to get shock oil as i am living in india and i do know websites that ship to india but none of them have shock oil. i wanted to know as i saw somebody post on this thread that maru lube mixed with shock oil is "a bottle of god".

Does lubix maru lubencubesmith high viscosity amd cubesmith low viscosity work goed if u mox it in a syringe

Do they mix in the cube? If yes, then it probably works in a syringe. Just because maru lube is in there, probably not. The cubesmith lubes should mix and lubix/cubemith might mix but you should only put maru lube in the cube and not in the syringe.

Translation of the question: do lubix, maru lube, cubesmith high viscosity lube, and cubesmith low viscosity lube work WELL if mixed in a syringe?

Really?

Ok thnx but i thought that maru would make the lube better if in the syringe

It would basically be like trying to mix oil and water together with a chopstick and no other tools and trying to make sure they would never come apart again. It's easier to just lube with diff oil first then add maru later after the diff oil is broken into the cube.
