Last night I was practicing 3x3 when I realized I hadn’t put any dnm in my cube for weeks. So I cleaned it, put dnm in, and tried it for a while before going to bed. I wake up and practice some more 3x3 and the cube feels great. I feel like I’ve gotten used to the speed so I try some solves and I do pretty well. Now, 5-6 hours later after some stuff, I go to practice and the cube feels just like it did before I lubed it. I feel inside the cube and it’s practically bone dry. It’s not that dry where I am (50% humidity) any idea why this happened? Forgot to mention, I used 2 drops as directions said.

That sounds weird, but it might be that DNM-37 is water-based and won't feel the same as oil-based.

Theodd1sout has nothing to do with the fact that Vaseline is bad, and had always been bad.

He was making a joke based on an old video by YouTuber TheOdd1sOut

Then you were wrong.

He's saying that he was a kid back when vaseline was considered a good way to lubricate your puzzle

yes I was Making Joke Ok Why R Peeple Mean To New Cubers
Wait but you're not a new cuber... You started your channel in 2015 and mentioned that you thought Vaseline was good when you were 11, meaning you've been cubing for 12 years.

I know, but I was referring to the fact that someone said Vaseline was bad, and he just said "I'm sorry if you don't know who James is"

There has always been better lube than Vaseline, but this is actually something understandable.

DNM only works right with some silicone lube in the cube because the long-lasting effect of DNM is caused by the lube pulling water particles from the air.if the lube is on raw plastic it will evaporate instead the silicone acts as a glue for the DNM

If you try to impersonate a well-known cubing YouTuber, you will not be welcomed warmly. And don't say you never said you were the real EZCubing, because your old logo was the same as the channel's logo and said that you were the YouTuber EZCubing. Also you implied you've been cubing for around 11 years, yet now you admit you are a new cuber

ok I feel Better Im Sorry The Truth Is My Real Name Is Ganman Dan But I dont Know How To Change It Ive Only Been Cubing For A couple Of Years
