Is silicone diff. oil safe to handle?

I just received a package containing MUGEN Silicone diff. oil (50000 wt). In the package it says,
" Warning! It contains chemicals which are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth detects."

I am really worried to see this warning. Is it safe to apply it in a cube?

Vaseline - Harmful and slow
Vaseline Spray - Harmful and a bit faster
Silicone - unharmful and wayyyy faster.

Lube Question

So I was at Walmart looking for some silicon spray for my cubes, and I ran across WD - 40 silicon lubricant. It says its safe on plastic. Does anyone know Id this is useable on cubes? Going to try it out on just a rubiks brand cube to test.

No, it has petroleum distillates that dissolve your cube

I personally use traxxas 50k weight differential oil.

Okay well I use izo-lube in my cube. I originally lubed the core and pieces but after like 3 months i cleaned just the pieces and it turned amazingly faster than what it did before and now I've completely cleaned out the cube and relubed everything with less than what is intended and is smoother but slower? Any reason why this going on. BTW I have 50k differential oil coming to solely use on the pieces and izo for the core.

You probably put in too much lube, that makes the cube feel gummy and slow.

There is no "best lube" they all work differently and/or have a different feel.

(just no WD-40)

If your maru is watery, then no it will not feel the same. Lubix is much thicker.

Lubix wll be just as good, if not better, and will last ALOT longer.

Lubix è molto più spesso Maru, e dura molto più a lungo. Si dà una sensazione diversa in modo da provare!

Lubix is much thicker Maru, and lasts much longer. It gives a different feeling, try it!
