Letter all pieces and think atleast 2-3 words for each, try to make like sentences of 3-4 words when memorizing, like PAO(person action object). And do diferent memos for corners and edges. If you do letters for edges, try visual or audio for corners.

Can anyone tell me how (in r2 method for 4BLD) I can put rFD (buffer) in rFU, in rBD, or in fUB?

I find algorithms to put rFD in r/l slice but not in this special case and for R/L I tried to do every case but I don't kown how I can do this

rFD (buffer) in rFU: F d R U R' d' R U' R' F' r2
rFD (buffer) in rBD: r2 F R U R' d R U' R' d' F'
rFD (buffer) in rUB: r2

You have to be careful when using the first two algs. If you have solved a pair number of wings, just use them, but when you solved an odd number of wings your rFU target is in rBD or the other way round, so you have to shoot to the other position.

The first alg put rFD in rUF, the second in rDB and the third in rBU.
The opposite you tell me
Probably I'm in error, I don't know
Can you explain me where is my mistake?

Acheiving Sub 1-30 or sub 2

My 3x3 averages are sub 20. Does that make me capable of doing sub 2 or even sub 1-30 bld solves? If so, how fast should my memo be and how fast should my execution(solve in bld) be???

If you're sub-20 speedsolving then you can certainly achieve sub-1 in BLD. Memo:solving splits for me for sub-1 solves are usually 27:30. So you want to be solving in around 30 seconds, and memorizing in slightly under 30 seconds. Of course you could also memo in 20 seconds and solve in 35 seconds, but you get the idea.

For sub-2 solves, shoot for about a 50/50 split. Memorize in just under a minute, and solve in right at a minute.

Just keep practicing and you'll get there. BLD is all about the time spent practicing, same as for speed solving.

What should I be using for acheiving sub 1?( I have only had successful blindsolves with 3OP)

For sub-1 you really want to be using a more advanced method which will tend to be direct solving methods. Direct solve methods solve the pieces entirely at each step, you don't orient first basically.

Some examples of methods that people use to get sub-1 are:
free-3-cycle
M2 edges / Old Pochmann corners
M2 / R2 (I assume this is the case, but can someone verify?)
TuRBo
BH
DIADEM is also a great edges method that would help you achieve sub-1 potential

Sub-1 is certainly possible with 3OP, but it would be extremely rare and extremely difficult to achieve in my personal opinion (I used to use 3OP for a few years).

what is free-3-cycle

Free 3 cycle is a free, direct, 3-cycle solving approach. The only Wiki article with a mention of Free 3 Cycle, which also explains the classification system I just used, is this one. If you would like to know more about it, then use the forum search feature and search for: Free 3 Cycle.

There are some threads recently that debated what it means for a method to be "freestyle". Any thread with the mention of "freestyle" will usually have some information about what "free 3 cycle" is as well.

What DIADEM is?
