thanks, but i was looking at a more intuitive one. i can build myself one with commutators(like RUR'U'RUR' D2 undo insert undo intetchange) but the big problem is the recognition during blindsolves.

or can you give me an example please like UBL is the buffer and there is a flipped corner on DBL, it has to be turned anticlockwise.

well, since it's sune(right then left) for anticlockwise, then if u do the inverse of the whole algorithm it would be anti sune(left first then right) and that will flip it in the other way round

Ok. I just basically gave you an alg that twists UBL clockwise and UFR anticlockwise.

So for your case I would first setup DBL corner to UFR (orientation doesn't matter here just get the corner to UFR in any orientation):
D' R2

now I would do my alg:
R U' R' U2 R' U2 R U R' U R U2 R U2 R' U'

And finally undo setup moves:
R2 D

If it needed to be twisted clockwise instead my setup moves would just become: D' R2 U2

Do you understand how to use it now?

You just need to setup the corner that needs twisting and buffer to places UBL and UFR. Which corner goes to which place depends on whether the corner needs to be twisted clockwise or counterclockwise...

it understand everything now thanks. i was stupid because to twist in the other way i just have to do the inverse of your alg. by the way is RUR'URU2R' L'U'LU'L'U2L not faster than your alg?

Yeah, you can do that or then just do U2 [My alg normally] U2 (the last U2 cancels with last U' of the alg :) )

And at least for me my alg is faster. Otherwise I wouldn't use it :D I suck at L moves tough so I like to use RU-move group rather than RUL

How to memorize for blindsolving?

Im trying to learn blindsolving. And evrythings going handy dandy easy algs; until memoriziation. I dont understand it. ive wached all the videos read all the pages looked for countless hours and no one can explain it well. if anyone has a good explanation or a link to a good explanation please post it.
with all gratitude,

This is a good place to start

On a more fundamental level than that there are essentially two ways to memorize information: 1) Rote memorization and 2) Methodical memorization. In rote memorization you just try as hard as you can to remember as much as you can. This method usually involves lots of repetition during the memorization. Imagine repeating a phone number in your head over and over and over again until you can recall it later. This is rote memorization. Methodical memorization is when you use a prepared method to train your brain to more easily memorize a certain type of information.

One such method for the Rubik's cube is called "Visualization". In this method you imagine that there are lines connecting the pieces as you follow the cycles necessary to solve your cube. Another method is called "Sentences" where each sticker on the cube is given a letter and each piece in the cycle contributes its letter to what you memorize. You then put these letters together and try to form phrases or sentences to better remember them. This is sort of like the letters on the telephone keypad to help you remember a phone number by instead remembering a word or phrase.

Beyond that level of advice I can't really help you because your question does not provide enough information to know what your level of memorization is, or to even hint at what you might need help with in order to improve your memory.

Watch the videos you've watched again. Read the tutorials you've read again. Ask more specific questions on this forum and you'll get better help.

A good way to start memorization is by assigning every sticker a letter. My lettering scheme is as follows:
For edges, I have A as the up-back piece, then B as up-left and continue the alphabet counter-clockwise across the U face. I then do the same with the F, R, B, L, and D faces (in that order). I replace X with Y, since it's hard to make words with X.
For corners, I have A as the up-left-back corner, and continue counter-clockwise like with the edges (and the same order of faces).
Of course, if this feels strange, you should letter them however you are most comfortable.

Now, you have to find a good way to actually memorize the order of the letters. I would recommend this tutorial, as it has some very helpful tips on memorization.

Like Chris already mentioned, you may want to ask questions more specifically on this forum so you can get more specific help - I didn't know how much of what I wrote you may have already known, so I'm not sure how well I'm helping you. Enjoy your journey into BLD!

Thankyou, this is exactly what i was looking for. I knew i should of been more spacific, but i couldent figure out how to word it.

Do you need to solve edges and then corners, corners then edges or does it matter

It doesn't really matter which order they are solved in, but if you are using audio memo for corners, you should probably solve them first. It's best to get into a habit of solving either corners or edges first, so you don't have to decide during your solves, but the order itself isn't generally important.

I'm still learning how to do this. I haven't done a full blind solve yet.
I'm memorizing Corners first but executing Edges first. I think I'll be doing images for corners and sounds for edges.
I'm not doing any blind solves yet, I'm just writing down my letters as I go so I can make sure I understand the method.
I have 3 questions.

1. Easy way to tell what pieces are available for a new cycle and when you've used every piece? I've just had them all written down on the side (ARE, BQN, CJM, etc) and crossing them off as they're solved while writing down my letters, but obviously that's not allowed for actual blindsolving. I am considering assigning each PIECE (not sticker) a number (1-8 for corners, 1-12 for edges), and as I solve each one deleting that number from my brain, but that's just another string to memorize.

2. What to do when the buffer piece is in the buffer position but flipped?

3. When making your letter string, you don't include the buffer letters in it at all, right? Including at the end of the first "buffer" cycle? But when you start a new cycle, you do include the sticker you're starting on, and the sticker you're ending on for that cycle? i.e. I would write down BWVB or something, not just WV or BWV?

1)Get used to to your letter scheme, possibly imagine that your cube is in your brain and you have got a hold of the corners and edges, for instance, corners, normally you would need to memorise 7 letters but if its less than that you should look around in your mind in case you have missed a new cycle. Also, once you are very familiar with your letter scheme, you will know which piece is included in your memo or not as you memorise through your cube,it just comes naturally. PRACTISE a lot, don't just do sighted solves or write down your memo it won't help much, you can at least do a blindsolve and if its a dnf, you can write down your memo and analyse
what have been missing or what is wrong with your memo and so on. the point is to push yourself further into blindsolving.

2)it's either there is an odd number of flipped edges/corners or you have not broken into new cycle(s), and it doesnt matter if your buffer is solved or flipped, if your cube hasn't been solved yet then it's wrong :X

3)No and never, and yes normally it would just be like as you have mentioned, BWVB but other than that is BWVG because the piece that is coming back to your starting piece doesn't have to be necessarily on B, because it can be the other side of the piece which in most cases its G(Im not sure what letter scheme you are using), so I highly recommend that you experiment things like these with your cube. Now, enjoy your blindsolving! :D

Forgive me if I have said anything wrong.
