I think herewhere to learn 3-style corners?
I want to solve (UBR-FRU-DBR) with a speed-optimal 3 cycle.
Is faster do it with a A9 without rotations or with x' z' Aperm z x?

I hold my cube with yellow on top, green in front. The two edges that were swapped were the White/Green and the Yellow/Blue. The two coreners that were swapped were the Yellow/Green/Orange and the Yellow/Blue/Orange. Does that help?
There is less rotation in your mode then it can be faster if I do it for a long time.If you meant UBR-FRU-BDR (which is an A perm) you can do y R2 U2 R D R' U2 R D' R y'
Do M2 U' F2 U M2 U' F2 U and then you are left with the R perm to fix parity.
I tried once but how you said there is too many setup moves and it take a lot of time to thinking. 3cycle ommutors are the better way knowed to solve 3BLD for now. I think that if anyone will ever learn to do 5-cycle intuitively it became a extremely powerful method for BLD!has anyone considered doing two 3-cycles at the time. something like G-perm with a lot setup moves? or J-perm (it is a two 3-cycle)?
I did few sighted solves but setups are insanely difficult to spot.
A lot of people have learnt from his tutorial, so it's good enough. Some people don't like it, but it's the only video tutorial there is at the moment. But, my question is: I have also started looking for a better corner method, is Brian Yus tutorial good to use to learn BH if I want to learn that?
You can do certain 2 3-cycles intuitively with commutators (block commutators), if I remember correctly Chris use to use the occasional block commutator for 5x5 BLD.has anyone considered doing two 3-cycles at the time. something like G-perm with a lot setup moves? or J-perm (it is a two 3-cycle)?

I've discussed 5-cycles a lot with Kirjava and my conclusion was that it's basically impossible. I tried to make a 5-cycle for a random case and it took me 15-30 minutes to find a 12 move solution. It's really really difficultI tried once but how you said there is too many setup moves and it take a lot of time to thinking. 3cycle ommutors are the better way knowed to solve 3BLD for now. Has anyone ever considered to lean a mode to do 5-cycle?
Are there alternative methods for BLD faster than 3 style?
I think it's 3OP. But Old Pochmann is easier and better than 3OP, in my opinion. Can someone tell me what Yu uses for corners in this solve?
It looks easy and I want easy.
Ok I'm not going to try 5-cycle method. But in the future I will try to find a methodI've discussed 5-cycles a lot with Kirjava and my conclusion was that it's basically impossible. I study basicaly 3OP, there are a lot of moves and it request more memorizing (orientation and position of corners) if I don't make an error.I think it's 3OP. But Old Pochmann is easier and better than 3OP, in my opinion.
A J-perm is a 2 2-cycle, more accurately defined as a 22LL alg. Algs that swap 2 corners and 2 edges are solely used for parity.
Can someone tell me what Yu uses for corners in this solve?
I use M2 and OP right now. Let's say I wanted to get really into BLD. Which should I learn first : 3-cycle edges or corners (BH)?
J-perm U' is two 3-cycle. Do it on the cube and you'll see. Actually, I think any 22LL with U/U' will transform itself to two 3-cycle, I may be wrong.
No, because you can end up with a twisted corner or edge.
