Depends on your execution.

For memo I'd recommend something like Journey or Roman Rooms. Something like that can stick for a while.

If you are going to use OP corners, commutator centers (they are quite easy), and r2 edges, I'd memo Centers-edges-corners, and execute corners-centers-edges.

I do that, exactly what I typed a bove. Except now that I can do all corner commutators, I'l be doing that for future BLD attempts.
I'll be using OP corners.

Y perms mess up the centers, so you shouldn't execute corners-centers-edges. It should always start with centers right?

you could do like Cornelius (i think), and count the y perms do x many more so youve done 4n do centres, do y many so youve done 2n
or i remember some one saying that you could learn the inverse of the y perm and alternate so its pure

I think every OP user does that. I don't really see an alternative (there probably is). I used to do that.

What I do for 4BLD:

mCenters, mWings, mCorners (audio)

exCorners (OP)
AUF depending on number of corner targets
exCenters (U2)
Center parity + opposite AUF from before
Corner parity
exWings
Wing parity using last wing target

I think every OP user does that. I don't really see an alternative (there probably is). I used to do that.
Or they do it _after_ centers.... The only advantage I have seen with doing corners first is that you can use auditory which is easier and provides a difference between the types. However, you can just do auditory for x number of centers :P

Edit:
What is the boomerang method?
5BLD posted a bld solve and said he used it for the corners.

Oh, and the only info that I could find was:
the person 5BLD uses it. That is his youtube account and his speedsolving account. (Oh wait... you already knew that, I didnt read the post right :P)

In this thread, he stated

The one with F R' F' R x3 as its switcher.
It's not very well known...

Break into a new cycle by finding unsolved pieces and shooting there. Aka if only UL and UR are unsolved after the buffer becomes solved, you would do UF to...UR and to UL. In that situation though I'd leave them swapped for parity, but that's besides the point.

I don't understand your question, Turbo you set up 2 pieces to UL/UR...though for that situation I'd y or y' and make it easier on myself.

I have a question on TuRBo. "C" is my UF sticker
If my cycle is C -> D -> I -> X -> O -> K -> C, how do I break into a new cycle?

Just shoot to the first sticker in your next cycle directly after you shoot to K. So assuming a cycle you need to break into is A -> B-> A, you would do

C->D->I
C->X->O
C->K->A
C->B->A

Also, How to I shoot to UB or BU? Just setups?

Just set up the remaining piece in the cycle to UL or UR.

Good tutorial for 4BLD? Written or video will both work fine. I don't know much about 4x4 BLD, so something relating to what I use on 3x3 (OP/M2) would be great.

I'm just curious about which method of memo can be faster for corners in OP?

I do edges memo in ~30 sec and corners memo in ~30 too (visual memo for corners). i thought abut changing it to letter pairs too, but I'm not sure if it would be too many letter pairs. What do you think? I feel I can't do better visual memo, maybe a little but not ~10s. for corners memo.

If your memo is ok the best thing you can do is letter pairs for corners and audio loop for edges

What does it mean audio loop memo?

Is it connected with repeating in my mind (or aloud) memo for corners?
