Big question: if I had to make one order of lube to last me a few years on any puzzle I happened to buy, what 2 or 3 or 4 lubes (for core, tracks, springs, pieces I guess?) would you recommend? And from where?

Context: I live in Canada and there's limited options. I currently only have cherry from cubing out loud. I know, you haven't heard of it. No one uses it in setup guides or reviews, so I have nothing to compare it to. I don't want to use Amazon, so that leaves places like cubicle and scs I think.

More specifically question: I just got the valk 2 m. I really like the weight and tight springs, but it has a lot of friction. How would you set it up?

Buy 2 lubes, one for pieces and one for core.
For pieces, I recommend DNM-37 (The Cubicle) or Lunar (Speed Cube Shop) if you like speed, Galaxy (Speed Cube Shop), for control.
For core, Traxxas 50k is the best.

I really enjoy the Adheron/Lubest lubricant's. They all come in 20cc bottles and are very cheap. They are also all silicone based. The Adheron contains a Lite, Normal, and Heavy while Aheron contains a more premium lubricant named XMT 10 (great for bug cubes and Pro (which is similar to the XMT 10 but a tad bit heavier). I like to use Heavy for the core, Pro with a tiny drop of Normal for the tracks, and Lite and XMT 10 for the pieces.

XMT 10 is best for full-primary cubes ( GAN 11M PRO, GAN 11M DUO, VALK ELITE M,...)

To be honest, their lubes are almost the same. Now, don't get me wrong here. I know that the feeling of the lubes vary and also the prices but they have a lube accommodating basically every characteristics. (Eg. Speed: Stardust/DNM 37) I guess SCS setup would be Lunar and weight 4~5 and Cubicle setup probably Silk and DNM. But I am no expert in that area.

The first Gan 11 M Pro I purchased back in January was extremely well-lubed to the extent that it was all over the tiles and my fingers. I just bought a couple more the other day and both are extremely dry. I don't think they're lubed at all. I wonder why Gan did this?
