I have started trying with the 3OP method for corners, but I can not understand how to orient all corners!

After that step all green and blue corners have to be at the same side and the red and orange and the white and yellow too. Am I right?
I can get white and yellow at the same side but not the other colour, anyone can help?

If for example you have yellow on top you have to make sure that every corner has its white or yellow sticker in top or down, everything else doesnt matter

I'm learning OP for corners and I'm having trouble memorizing every step of the solve (just corners for now) I'm using a number system with taps for orientation and double taps to eep track of the buffer piece.

Is there more effective ways of memorizing where I don't use letters? I'm not keen on letters for corners since I want to avoid getting them mixed up with edge memo.

Do you use pure letters for edges? If you use letter pairs (words) for edges, try using pure letters for corners. It might seem hard at first but it's super fast and you shouldn't mix them up or forget them at all (even if they form a really weird string).

If you do use pure letters for edges or if you're still too slow to do this effectively and don't care about speed right now, you can try using taps for permutation and numbers for orientation.

I'm using pure letters for edges but i'm still learning about memo methods so i'm going to try letter pairs for edges as well and see what works best. I'll try pure letters for corners and give the numbers for corner orientation and go as well. Thanks.

On Thrawst's most recent video of the Dayton Open, when he did BLD, he had to AUF at the end, but he said it was +2 I just got my closest BLD solve ever where I didn't end the last set up move all the way - it was two moves off from solved. Does this count as solved? Or is it only 1 move off that it counts?

It's the same as in speedsolving events - 1 move off is +2, more than that is DNF.

In Multi, are +2s cumulative? In other words, if you have 2 cubes that are 1 move off, is that +4 or DNF?

I found Chester's BH pictures off of his "how to learn BH efficiently post" and am just not getting it.. He says there are 27 mutually isomorphic cases and he has them all grouped. I include one such group below, they should all be able to be solved using the alg F R' U2 R F' R' F U2 F' R, but I can't figure out how that it works.

Would someone be able to transcribe exactly what to do for a couple of the cases below?

Many thanks

Would someone be able to transcribe exactly what to do for a couple of the cases below?
First: y2 F R' U2 R F' R' F U2 F' R y2
Second: y F R' U2 R F' R' F U2 F' R y'
Third: x F R' U2 R F' R' F U2 F' R x'
Fourth: z' x F R' U2 R F' R' F U2 F' R x' z
Fifth: F R' U2 R F' R' F U2 F' R
Sixth: z F R' U2 R F' R' F U2 F' R z'
Seventh: z y' F R' U2 R F' R' F U2 F' R y z'
Eighth: x y F R' U2 R F' R' F U2 F' R y' x'
Ninth: z y F R' U2 R F' R' F U2 F' R y' z'

Those are an 'easy' case, other cases will require mirroring the algorithm.

What happens in MBLD if the final time is 59:59, and one of the cubes is off by one move?

This was discussed on the WCA forum here, but unfortunately there was never a followup to objections there. I tend to agree very much with qqwref - I think the result should be a time of 60:01, with the cube off by one move counting as a successful solve. However, Ron's most recent word on the subject is that it counts as that cube being unsuccessful and a time of 59:59.

I really hope we decide on qqwref's approach someday. Fortunately, it's extremely rare, so hopefully it won't happen until we make that change official.

I dind't read entire thread but I could find what I was looking for.. How do you name corners for audio? Because corners are URF, so how yo know wich two letters represents a corner?

You don't use that notation (URF) to memorize because that would take 3 letters for each corner. Instead, you asign a letter to each sticker so you have 8 x 3 = 24 letters.
