I say, is it a 2 ml bottle? and what is the card being shown in 1 min 15 sec? My cube came auto assembled in a box.

2ml = 2cc. Didnt really understand your question.

If the cube came assembled, just diassemble it and lube it like shown in the video.

The card is Bao Da Qing's (Creator of Dayan puzzles) business card, nothing special. Sometimes it gets shipped when you buy DIY kits. It's completely useless.

Also @ Traxxas discussion. As some may have already figured out, traxxas is a RC car brand that sells all kinds of RC-car related stuff, like differential oil.

No its just that i thought a 2ml bottle would me much smaller.

I just thought that since my cube was pre assmbled, maybe someone could have lubricated it. Anyway, i dont think that its possinble.
One more question,
how much long will the lube last and how much times can i lube it ?

Calvin's high viscosity is pretty much the same stuff as Lubix and according to Lubix 2,5ml = 15 cubes. I believe that is a little generous though. I'd say you can fully lube (from core to pieces) around 5-8 cubes with 2ml of calvins high viscosity.
Dayan puzzles dont have a stock lube in them as far as I know.

If you can find it, buy 50,000 weight differential oil (50,000 is very close to Lubix/calvins high viscosity). Any brand will work but Traxxas is the most common. It is sold at R/C hobby shops and on the internet. I'm fairly sure you can ship it to India when buying from ebay. A 50ml bottle costs under 6 dollars. Add shipping and it's still A LOT cheaper than that calvins lube.

And it really depends on your usage. For some 1 lubing lasts months, for others weeks.

My cube is getting dusty so I'm thinking of wiping it out with like a tissue or towel or something. Would this mess up the lubing on the cube?

The dust does not affect performance as it only gathers in places where there are no contact points or friction. Wiping the lube away however does affect the performance obviously and you will have to lube again after.

:fpi have a 57 mm zhanchi, a 55 mm one and a 2x2 zhanchi. the 2x2 and 57 mm were very awesome out of the box, while the 55mm zhanchi was not. i am looking for a good lube and am confused between calvin's,lubix, maru and diffrential oil for my 55mm zhanchi. should i also lube my other zhanchi's? i can buy at most 2 lubes so you can suggest one for the 55mm and one brand for the other 2 cubes.
Also,thanks in advance :fp :D

Calvins = lubix = differential oil.

They are all the same product, but of different viscosities. A higher viscosity means a stickier lube, which works best for smaller cubes (not the absolute size but the amount of layers) and all cores. A lighter less viscous lube is runnier, which is why its bad for a small cube like a 3x3. If the lube is runny enough like Maru lube is, it will just pour through and not actually lube the puzzle.

I wouldnt buy lubix or calvins, but I'd rather mix my lubes myself. Reason being that pre-mixed lubes are almost always a rip off. Here's a calculator that helps figuring out what mixture you want http://scriptasylum.com/rc_speed/oil_mixer.html

Calvins lube high viscosity and lubix is close to 50k differential oil. 50k works great with all cores. 30k is better for bigger puzzles, but applying it on the pieces of a 3x3 makes the puzzle much faster. The 50k makes 3x3 pieces faster too, but applying 30k makes it almost uncontrollably fast, which some cubers like.

My suggestion is that you buy Traxxas 30k and 50k differential oil and mix them to figure out what you like best. If you dont want to bother mixing, use 50k in the core and 30k on the pieces for a very fast 3x3.

I know. It's just that the dust is annoying. I'm not trying to wipe the lube away just the dust. Is that possible?

If you carefuly wipe the dust away only from places that have no contact points it shouldnt affect performance. Wipe the lube off from the contact points and you will have ruined the lubrication. Not worth it if you have to ask (I'm assuming you dont have much lube since you have to asK)

Yeah I don't have any. I'll probably buy some soon for my cubes for upcoming competition.

Im buying a fangshi in a few days. What level of lubicle should I get? Im thinking 2 or three would be good.

As mentioned by YddEd, FangShi ShuangRen does not need any lube on the pieces. However, all cubes need lube in the core and screws. For that purpose a heavy lube is best. From the weight list of the assorted regular silicone lubes at thecubicle.us I would choose a 4 or a 5. Maybe 4 in case I would be buying a puzzle (like a Dayan zhanchi, moyu weilong or basically any other than the fangshi shuangren) that needs lube on the pieces as well, since 4 is good for both purposes.
