the standard alg
x' (R U' R' D) (R U R' D') (R U R' D) (R U' R' D')
you just memorize with muscle memory. that's pretty much it. To make it easier to learn, notice the R and R' are the same every 4 moves so you just have to memorize which hands do the U and D directions
some people can even sub-1 it

I assume that the D's are pushing with the left ring finger?
Yes. left hand does U', D, D', right hand does R, R', U. The initial x' R is executed as l

I can't decide which Gc algorithm to be my main, I know these 2 but I have been using the first one since I learned full PLL. Also what Gc alg do the top cubers use? (eg: the speedcuber's name and alg)

1) R2 U' R U' R U R' U R2 U D' R U' R' D
2) R2 F2 R U2 R U2 R' F R U R' U' R' F' R2
The RUD ones are the best.
Ga - R2 U R' U R' U' R U' R2 D U' R' U R D'
Gb - R' U' R U D' R2 U R' U R U' R U' R2 D
Gc - R2 U' R U' R U R' U R2 D' U R U' R' D
Gd - R U R' U' D R2 U' R U' R' U R' U R2 D'

They are very similar to each other so it's pretty easy to memorize.
And just check the from competitive solves tab to see which alg has been used the most (hence which alg is best)

I personally use the RUD one, and it's almost certainly faster here
The second one I've heard some people use where consistency in execution matters more (such as big cubes).
There are also wide move algs, that some people find the fastest, but they apparently have some tricky fingertricks, and I don't know enough about them to give any input on that.

The only Gc perm you should use is the wide U one
R2' u' R U' R U R' u R2 f R' f'
