I want to get it right the first time and learn the best algs
These are conflicting goals. You won't know which alg is the best for you unless you try multiple.

The posts above already have links to very good starting points (SCDB, AlgDb, CubeSkills, etc. etc.). It's perfectly fine to stick to the algs those sources give you, and later on replace the ones you like least.

Does anyone have good Squan U Perms (every kind, single, good and bad) from different angles?

I would recommend x' R U' R' D R U R' D' R U R' D R U' R' D'
I have an oll alg very similar to that pll alg, if you are good at that I think this alg would be good for you: x' R U R' D R U' R' D' and it is for this case: and you have to hold the edge which is sticking out in the front

Are there edges only pll algs with no M moves like the H perm?
What do you mean by "no M moves"? Does L2 R2 D L2 R2 U2 L2 R2 D L2 R2 count as no M moves? Why don't you want M moves?

Anyway, here's some FTM optimal algs for the edge PLLs:
U perms: R2 U S' U2 S U R2 and R2 U' S' U2 S U' R2
H perm: R2 S2 R2 U R2 S2 R2
Z perm: R2 S2 R2 S2 U' S2 U' S2
