These are conflicting goals. You won't know which alg is the best for you unless you try multiple.I want to get it right the first time and learn the best algs
I have an oll alg very similar to that pll alg, if you are good at that I think this alg would be good for you: x' R U R' D R U' R' D' and it is for this case: and you have to hold the edge which is sticking out in the frontI would recommend x' R U' R' D R U R' D' R U R' D R U' R' D'
What do you mean by "no M moves"? Does L2 R2 D L2 R2 U2 L2 R2 D L2 R2 count as no M moves? Why don't you want M moves?Are there edges only pll algs with no M moves like the H perm?
