I developed a new method - PPW2 method. That name means PPW (chosen Pairs permutation with Parity and orientation Windows) allow any 2's turns (F2, B2, S2, E2, M2, …), not PPW 2.0.

Of course, this method inherits all the features of PPW and is a bandage reduction method, but this time it combines EO with Interchange PAIRs Move more strongly. There is no need to make EO-Line to limit the way you move. It is closer to completely restricting your move by bundling to pairs.

By allowing a wider range of moves, it allowed me to see more clearly the most basic move in PPW — Interchage PAIRs Move, which fully answers the question — what is Interchage PAIRs Move? And this move was only described in a more general way when I created PPW before. Accurately explaining Interchage PAIRs Move is also the most important work when creating PPW2.

What is Interchage PAIRs Move?

I have an idea for a speedsolving method for 3x3 similar to Guimond for 2x2, which I call Advanced Cage.

  1. EOBelt - Solve the belt and orient all other edges.
  2. EP - Adjust U and D faces and use one algorithm to permute the 8 edges.
  3. CO - Use one algorithm to orient all corners, preserving the edges.
  4. CP - Use one algorithm to permute all corners.
I'm not sure how many algorithms EP, CO and CP would have.

RBIEOP
(Pronounced Rib-iy-op)
RB- Roux Blocks: You Make 1x2x3 blocks in both sides of the cube like in the beginning of Roux
IE- Insert edges: You now have to insert 2 edges into the first layer where they belong.
OP- OLL & PLL: Do OLL and PLL(Or ZBLL if you have Yellow cross) normally like in CFOP

Example solve:
 Twizzle link
 Setup
L B2 R2 B2 D2 R2 F2 R B2 D2 U2 L' F D2 L F R' F2 D B2 U
 Moves
B U2 B' R' U' R U L2 //1st Block
U' F R' F' B U B' U' B U2 B' U' B U B' U2 R U' R' z x M2 U' M' U' M' U' M' U2 M' U' M' U' M' U' //2nd Block
z' y' U M' U' M // Insert Edges
U2 L' U2 (R U' R' U2) L R U' R' // ZBLL
U2 // AUF

Hello THE_V01DL0RD, I think that this method has been proposed several times in the past already. And as far as I can remember it is not considered a good method, but I will let others explain why as I can't.
Just wanted to point out that more than 30 moves for the 2nd block in you example is really too much! And you break the 1st block several times, which is not the way 2nd block should be done (see Kian Mansour videos for example). So this solve could have taken much less moves, which would have helped strengthen your proposal ;)

first block was good
second block was good (if good means bad in your vocabulary)

don't use F or B more for second block, you can solve all of it with just M, R, r and U moves.
there are rare cases when algs with F moves are faster for SB but to be allowed to use them you must be sean patrick villanueva at least.
and don't insert edges flipped, just insert them the right way.

btw, a better way to flip both edge would be just put them in the front face and do F (fat triple sexy) F'

This is possibly the most suggested method in the entirety of this thread

Thank you for the feedback. I will update the example solve later. Now, I have to work on my virtual bottle rocket for Tech Class. It may not be a good method for speed solving. But it might be for FMC.

I'm bad at roux, but I tried doing my best to solve this scramble.

Using the DB+DF, OLL, PLL method I got this

 Twizzle link
 Setup
L B2 R2 B2 D2 R2 F2 R B2 D2 U2 L' F D2 L F R' F2 D B2 U
 Moves
U' R' U M2 D' // FB
U R U R' U2 R' U R M U2 M2 U' R U2 R' // SB
M' U M U2 M U2 M' U' M // FD+BD
M2 U' M2 U' M' U2 M2 U2 M' U // PLL

Using roux lse I got 2 movements less

 Twizzle link
 Setup
L B2 R2 B2 D2 R2 F2 R B2 D2 U2 L' F D2 L F R' F2 D B2 U
 Moves
U' R' U M2 D' // FB
U R U R' U2 R' U R M U2 M2 U' R U2 R' // SB
M' U M U2 M U2 M' U M U M2 U M2 U M U2 M' // LSE

is not even a good example, it could be optmised if I didn't had 4 bad edges and if I knew EOLR, also, I got a cmll skip by using WV, then I'll accept it :3

but I hope you can see the beauty of pure roux, it's more efficient to solve lse than solving DB+DF and then doing epll (in that case), because it will be more moves. with lse you solve the permutation on the middle slice.

take a U perm for example. you're just putting 3 U layer edges on the middle slice, permuting them then undoing the setup
with the last step of lse you would just permute them right away, is more efficient
