So I put wt5 on everything since i find most cubes un stable since I have a rough turning style would it be good to have a extra wt 1 just in case I find a stable cube.
Most likely you will not need wt1 if you like stable cubes. I'd recommend wt3 instead.

I want to buy some new 3x3s but not sure what's better than what so...
TangLong, GuoGuan YueXiao, MeiYing or Gans 356S v2?

Those are all great cubes. It depends on what you prefer. If very stable but a bit slow -> Tanglong. If a little bit stable and faster then I'd go with the YueXiao. The Gans is very similar but more expensive and the Meiying is also similar but worse (less stable).

noob-like, ony hand turns, no fingertrickiness involved. because it is slower turning, theoretically you could use a more FMC method and be sub-1 minute(i think the lowest possible time is 35 seconds)

The best possible time is still extremely fast. Marc Waterman is on video (1980's) doing an 18 second solve with no finger tricks where he spends half the time pausing and examining the cube. Personally I had a 19.8 single in 1987 with an ancient ultra-stiff cube that was impossible to finger trick. I think Friedrich is on video as well with some 18 second solves on very stiff cubes with no finger tricks.

Sexy move is a trigger, meaning it is a set of moves that appear in more than one algorithm. I believe it is used in many algorithms in cfop throughout the solve, and extends to other methods, even l5EOP, which us primarily M and U moves like LSE, actually does have an algorithm with sexy move in it. It's a really interesting topic if you ask me.
