I've seen a few and I'm not really sure what's best

Although it has a rotation I find (R' U' R U' R' U) y' (R' U R) B pretty comfortable to execute for this case. Another alg to add you your list of candidates...

That's the alg I currently use but I honestly think R' F' U' F U' R U R' U R is better.

That alg is already optimal, just drill it a bit so that you can get used to it

Just a lefty version of the other large lighting bolt. I tend to avoid lefty algs at all costs, but this one is fast.

You could also at least use the righty version of the alg you use: f R' F' R U R U' R' S'. It's better imo simply because it's right handed

It's personnal preference, left index leads to more lock ups for me

Never learn full ollcp until you are really good, stick with just full oll for a while and maybe just the good ollcp and coll cases

I’m trying to learn my last 7 oll cases to achieve full oll, and these awkward shape cases got me stumped. Algorithms I found for them are really awkward and wear on my thumb with the F moves. Does anyone have any recommended algorithms?

The ones with F moves are the best ones. Just learn them. It will be comfortable with practice.

I did try them but fingertricks were so awkward. My awkward shapes include S moves too. For eg. S' R U R' U' R' F R F' U S. Fingertricks are a bit awkward at first but in the long run, they're better.

you have to use finger push fingertrick, the flow is amazing.
in my case I can't do S moves.
so he has to go trough each alg and find out with suits he better
