Yuxin 3x3 setup help

Hi, when I try to lube my yuxin 3x3 with any of the cubicle silicone lube, it gets way too slow (even with weight 1). I use the same method of lubing as I do on all 3x3s, but it doesn't work with my Yuxin. Maru lube does not really help. Any suggestions?

My Cyclone boys g4 is really slow for some reason. I followed Chris Olson's tutorial on how to set up an Aosu, but it doesn't really work with the g4. I don't want to take it apart again since it is incredibly difficult to reassemble, and I also don't have any maru lube or anything like that. I do, however, have weights 1,2,4, and some traxxas 50k. How can I speed it up? Or should I just use it a lot and break it in more?

Whenever I have overlubed a 3x3 the only thing that has really worked is to use it a lot and break the lube in, but I have never lubed a 4x4 so this might not apply to this case. I use my Aosu as it came out of the box and it's plenty fast for me but no idea how the CB G4 comes out of the box. If working the lube in does not work I don't know what else to recommend except disassembling again and cleaning the lube.

I once overlubed my Aosu and it was terrible. What I did was, I took tissue paper and just made the cube wide enough for the tissue paper to enter and then wiped the inside of the layer with tissue paper. The tissue paper absorbed the excess lube and then the lube became alright. You can also use some cloth and wipe the piece. You can easily do it without diassembling anything.

Maru Cushion Lube

Has anyone tried Maru Cushion Lube and if so how does it compare with regular Maru lube?

WD-40?

So, I disassembled my cube, sprayed it with WD-40, and then put it back together.
After that, I looked to see if there were any bad effects.
Apparently, it ruins your cube.
That isn't good.

How long do I have before my cube dies? Or breaks? Or becomes dysfunctional?
Or will it even have bad side effects?

Hi! :)
I am new at modding because after 1 year of cubing, I have gone to some competitions/opens and I have realised that my cube is really slow.
I am interested in buying some lube, but I have no idea hahaha. A friend that can buy me a lot of lubes, told me about viscosity. He told me the common values are 30k or 60k. Which one is "smoother"? I mean, that can make my cube faster.
What's the main difference?
I dont want for core, just for piece at the moment.
I am not at all a "newbie", I think I can controll fast lubes. I would like to use it on my Yueying and Hualong.
Thanks for future help ^^
