Ok, see the letters like this:

LetterPairs.png

Scramble: B2 U' F2 D F2 U B2 F2 D U' F2 L F R' D' B' U2 L' B D' R'

Letter pairs for corners: MQ IP TL SP

I think... ( I just learned yesterday ;) )
So what exactly do you do with the letters? :/
Not trolling, just noob

In reality it's a little less because of solved centers.

I just wanted to give him an upper bound :)

5bld parity:

How to fix for:
Midges M2
Wings R2
Corners OP

For centers (both U2) U2 is the correct parity right?

how I do it : I solve corners last
when I finish midges , I do M2 L U' L' U M2 U' L U L' M2 , which switch UB with UL , then after I finish corners , I do B U' B' ( Rw2 F2 U2 r2 U2 F2 Rw2 ) B U B'

as for U2 , yes U2 is the correct parity :)
as for wings , the same as for 4BLD , and I do it just before I execute midges

hope this helps

This is a better way of doing it than my way, thank you etshy.
At the end of midges I've been doing U' F2 U M2 U' F2 U
and then at the end of corners I just do {r2 L U' L' U r2 U' L U L' r2} {B' U R' B U' r2 U B' R U' B2 L' B' r2 B L B2 U R' B U' r2 U B' R U' B}

New to 3BLD Need help.

So I'm learning 3BLD and I think I use OP (I'm not sure :/) andI know it very well without a blindfold. Now the next step is with a Blindfold. but I don't know how to go about it. shall I solve corners first? or edges? and I never paid attention to parity before, when can that happen? thanks :-)

With Old Pochmann, you can do the R-perm for parity using either execution order, so it's really up to you, as long as you do the R-perm in between corners and edges. If you check out the links in my sig, I have some videos on memo, and maybe some of them will help you.

Good luck.

Okay so now i have to learn R-Perm!! -.-'
What do you suggest shall I make memos on paper first follow it to see if I got it right or not and then switch to memorizing it? or shall I go with memorization directly?

So I tried doing only edges using written memo I also noted down the top 3 corners just like that. after doing the edges the corners where like this :- ULB-->UBR UBR--> not on top layer and at ULB these was some other piece!! what could have gone wrong?

I often do multiple words for a letter pair depending on sentence. Ex. RN can be RuN or RyaN depending on context. Should I standardize all my letter pairs so they are the same?

It's up to you. I am not sure what is best. What I did do was to set strict rules for what letter pair a word would represent so I don't ever mix up RYan=RY and Ryan=RN because that is bad. That still allowed my self to use other images, but I would not confuse the pair. I now use the same letterpair images every time for 3BLD, but I sometimes use different pairs and different types of association for BigBLD and MultiBLD. Find what works for you because it may be very different than what is good for others.

you had "parity" which happens when you have an odd number of edge targets. You end up solving the last corner and edge target at the end together. Search "BLD parity" in the search bar and you will find some good examples of how to fix it.

Please explain what I do here...

Scramble with white on U and green on F: R' D L' U F D' R L' U F' D2 F' R2 L2 B' U2 B2 D2 R2 D2

Then solve with yellow on U and green on F.

Corners, ULB goes to FLD, but there is the piece that needs to go to the buffer.. What do I do?

You need to break into a new cycle, this is done by shooting to any unsolved piece and continue solving from there. So your next corner in the cycle could be UFR, followed by DBR > RFD > LDB > and back to UFR. Then 2 corners remain twisted.
