Actually, I made an error constructing my own letter scheme, and now I regret that, but it's too late to correct it.
My x-center letters don't match letters of the corners nearby.
So come up with your own letter scheme, but do it wisely.

x-centers? Sorry, I'm a noob at blindfold-solving. I'll start with the 3x3 now, and later i will try 4x4, maybe 5x5 but no more than that.

you'll get there eventually :p I average like 2-4 minutes on 3bld with dreadful accuracy, have done 5 4BLD attempts, all DNFs around 30 minutes, and I'm really anxious to try 5BLD xD

For some reason, i manage to BLD-solve all the edges only, and the corners only but not both. Why? I memorize corners first and edges after, and i solve edges first.
Do you fix parity? What exactly do you do? I can't quite understand what you mean.

I solve edges, fix a possible parity, solve corners. And still usually either all edges are messed up, all corners are messed up or half of both.

Not sure what you mean by "fix a possible parity." You'll either have parity or not. And you should know whether you'll have parity during memorization.

Plus you should "solve" parity at the END of the solve. If you do a T-perm to fix the remaining 2 corners after you've solved corners first, for example, you're going to swap the 2 edges UF and UB and you'll be left with different edge permutations to what you've memorized.

I mean that i fix parity if there is one. Not if there isn't one, of course

My parity: I use Old Pochmann, which means that if i have parity after i solved edges, i have two corners (URB and URF) switched. (my buffer is UR) That is because i have had an odd number of targets. If i have an odd number of Edge targets, i always have an odd number of corner targets. my corner buffer is UBR and i swap UB and UL while shooting to different targets. That means, that my parity fix is in between edges and corners. It needs to swap two corners (URB and URF) and two edges (UB and UL) = y' R-perm y

The way you do it is fine then, if you have corners off it just means you memorized wrong, it happens, most of my DNF's are due to bad corner solving.

I need a good memo-technique for M2 Edges. Suggestion? I'm using a lettering scheme similar to speffz

That's the way to go, but you should never tie memo methods to solving methods, since they are fully compatible with each other. Try out audio and images (both using letter pairs). My recommendation to people is always to do audio for whatever you memo last and solve first, and images for whatever you solve first and memo last.

I memo corners-edges, and solve edges-corners. I am not able to do audio pairs (i am able to do 4 at a time). My memory is really bad :(

Your memory is fine. You just haven't learned how to access it. At first it will take many, many repetitions before your audio sticks, but everything you do will make that faster. You can add in a short sentence or two if that's too much audio, but 6 words/syllables really isn't much when you think about it. I think the most important thing to find is a good steady rhythm. If I had to guess, I would say that you're having trouble with the audio because of the actual figuring out of the memo, not because of a lack of memory, but I could be totally wrong.

I'm also a beginner who does M2 edges with memo corners-edges and execute edges corners and audio memo is EASY, in fact, I can almost say it's not even memorizing.
Here's an example:
JF-NV-CD-BA-WG-D
This is the edges I just got from randomly scrambling the cube, to memo it all I did was:
1) Saw the first letter is J, looked for the second letter and got F, the word JefF easly pops to mind.
2) While repeating the word JefF in my mind I continued to look for the next 2 edges, I got N and V, the word NoVa is the first word I thought about.
3) I say "JefF NoVa" a few times while looking for the next 2 edges, I find C and D and I think of CoDe, now I just repeat JefF NoVa CoDe.
4) The next 2 edges are BA, I personally thought of BAd but there are many options here, BAt, BAll, BAck, BAse, whatever, now I got JefF NoVa CoDe BAd
5) This sentence isn't really hard to remember if you repeat it in your mind, the last few edges are always the hardest but they're not too bad either, now I get WG and I think of WaGe, I add it: JefF NoVa CoDe BAd WaGe
6) now the final letter is D, you can make up any word that starts with D or you can just simply remember that after you're done with the edges to do D and then fix parity.
7) Now that I got this long sentence, I repeat it about 2-3 times before I begin solving: JefF NoVa CoDe BAd WaGe D JefF NoVa CoDe BAd WaGe D JefF NoVa CoDe BAd WaGe D
8) I start solving, remember to never stop repeating this sentence while solving and remember to repeat all of it cause I sometimes repeat just the first few words and then the last ones are forgotten very easily.
9) Since in M2 you kinda solve in pairs, you start with the first word, J and F, you solve them, and now your sentence just got shorter: NoVa CoDe BAd WaGe D
10) You solve N and V, your sentence now is just CoDe BAd WaGe D, from this point it becomes VERY EASY, the words will stay in your mind even if you don't say them because of repeating them so many times in your mind before that, and they're very few words too.
11) Just solve CD, it's just BAd WaGe D now, solve B and A, solve W G, solve D, fix parity and try to remember the corner images you memorized a long time ago, because they were images you will remember them well.

The better you get with execution the easier memoing becomes because execution doesn't take any of your attention and focus, the better you get edges will also be faster and corner images will be fresher in your mind so remembering them won't be hard.

Thanks! I'll try a solve now! Just failed a solve by 8 corners :P
