I'll try to explain it as best as I can without the use of video. To do a U, hold the cube white top and green front just for the example, and put the nail of your left index finger on the green sticker of the white-orange-green corner, then flick the U face to the left left. Alternatively, you can put the tip of your left index finger on the orange sticker of the white-orange-blue corner and push the U face left. To do an R', put the nail of your left pinky on the green sticker of the yellow-red-green corner and flick the R face downward. Hope this helps!

I'm not normally on the asking end within this thread, but here goes:

I'm looking for 5x5x5 last two edges alg lists, by people who (i) are at least as fast as I am and/or (ii) have put a nontrivial amount of effort into looking for alternative L2E algs. I'm aware of CubeSkills' list and Kris de Asis's list. There's also this one random case on Kevin Hays's Tuesday Tips and @Logiqx's list.

Sarah Strong's list has bad algs. Cubing Cheat Sheet seems to use the same algs, so that's out too. I am not interested in alg lists that just copy from any of the four already-mentioned lists; show me something new.

(Pinging @Robert-Y since it seems like he'd be in the know.)

My end goal is to make my own list and be able to point to it as the definitive resource, but it's hard to do that without knowing what else is around.

Algs for this case and this other other one? Both are a similar setup but when from that angle I always have to rotate
First case I use this if (U R U' R') U (R U R' U') (F R' F' R)
Second case I just rotate and do the inverse of the setup. Honestly I'm not sure if doing these rotationless is worth it though since its easy to 2 gen them with a rotation, especially if your rotations are fast

U F' U2 F U2 F' U F is my instinct but it's F move heave. Same with #2: U F' U' F U2 F' U F

Thanks! I think I'll use Sub1Hour's idea of just rotating to do it 2-gen, I'm pretty fast with it already. I may switch to xyzzy's in the future though

A lot of times, I finish OLL on 4x4 and after I do a PLL alg, I get this. Is there any way of doing that case without doing pll parity and then a u perm?

If not, is there a way to avoid this?
