Spend a couple of minutes to draw your own? Besides, OCELL already looks awful on its own, and while I haven't been following your myriad method proposal posts, chances are that whatever you're working on won't overcome OCELL's shortcomings.
OCPELL is 2-gen, which makes it a lot faster, so it overcomes the 2 extra moves that it takes versus COLL/EPLL.

2-gen, which makes it a lot faster,
And I can choose COLL algs to be mostly RU with a small number of strategically placed F/L/D moves too, which nullifies your point.

Not being "2-gen" doesn't automatically mean it's a horrendous alg with a zillion wide moves and B moves and rotations and whatnot; in practice, non-2-gen algs used in speedsolves are more like the T perm alg, with only one F move and one F' move, which are about as fast as 2-gen algs of the same length.

What exactly does OCPELL do? Orient LL corners while permuting edges of the last layer?
Yes.

This is the only documentation of it:

I personally do the one @WarriorCatCuber mentioned if headlights are on the left. If the headlight are on the front I do R' U L' U2 R U' R' U2 R L if the headlights are in the front and the lefty Jb perm if headlights are on the right. My personal favorite is @WarriorCatCuber 's

Why not just AUF real quick? Is using 3 different algs really faster?
