Regarding your sky method, I found this alg for the 4-twist: Sky B A-Sky B' Sky B A-Sky B' (plus mirror). Not sure if it's worth it over the optimal alg but hey, at least it's with sky combos. More generally B-conjugates of Sky still preserve the TriBlock so they can be used in algs.

I can solve CO fairly easily but I always have an edge from the E layer in the U layer so I don't get full DR. Any tips?
