are there any PLL's that are worth learning from their U2 orientations? So like you would normally need to do a U2 to set up the PLL to the orientation you know.

Thank you!I recognize from the angle that's solved with F' Rw U R' U' Rw' F R, and I look at the FUL sticker to see if it's opposite UBL/FUR or a random adjacent color. And the algs I use are y2 [R2: [R U2 R', D']] and y' [R2: [R' U2 R, D]]
Some of them are. If the alg is fast enough then I think it could be good to learn it (e.g. U perms, A perms), but if there's no good alg then don't.are there any PLL's that are worth learning from their U2 orientations? Where can I get good Algs for oll and pll?

Hi,
I am curious, I use the fridrich method to solve my dayan v zhanchi.
But how do the pros like zemdegs do this so fast? When I solve the first 2 layers(F2L) i first have to look for a white piece and its edge, turn the bottom layer and the front or right side and then insert the 2 pieces in their slot. How can these pros do that so fast? How can they look ahead?
And how many hours of practice are we talking about? How many hours per day and how many hours in total?
Oke,
I am 17 right now and can solve
the cube with the fridrich method in one and a half minute (1:30) do you think I can reach sub 20 seconds or so?
Oke, and with "cube" you just mean solving it over and over again?
Or is there anything I can do to make practising more efficient.
