Sorry for the bump.

Is there an alg that could be used to solve this last layer (OLL: Bad T AUF: U PLL: Jb).
SETUP: R U R' F' R U R' U' R' F R2 U' R' U' y' F R' F' R U' R U R'

Nice thread concept!

I am looking for a set of corner orientating algs to be used with human Thistlethwaite.
Note that the algs would have to work on corners on both U and D at the same time.

I tried browsing through some 2x2x2 alg lists but failed to find "orient all corers" algs...

Richard Carr studied the subgroup of cube orientations only in great depth a few years ago. I don't know if he generated algs lists for these, but perhaps he could help with the necessary number of cases - unless you have this already. PM me for his e-mail if you don't already have it.

CW and CCW 3 center rotation on skewb. Must keep orientation and permutation of corners the same.

You can use ((sexy move) z2)^2 to get a 3-cycle on F, U and B centers. With a 1-move setup you get either CW or CCW rotation of 3 adjacent centers.

No but that ain't solving it,i dunno how to explain the orientation of the corners.

But still I'll try,my buffer is UFR,

on the buffer yellow on top, green on right, red on front

on UBL,White on top, blue on back, orange on front

color scheme, orange on front, yellow on top

Assuming you mean this:

R2 D' R2 D' L2 D R2 D' L2 D2 R2. I gave up trying to find one by hand, this one is optimal from Cube Explorer.

For those I'd probably just set up an A perm since it can be done with 2 moves.

D' L2 x R2 D2 R U R' D2 R U' R L2 F (13)
and
D B2 y2 x R' U R' D2 R U' R' D2 R2 U2 F' (13)

I'll look for some better ones...

EDIT:

z2 y' U2 L2 U R2 U' L2 U R2
and
z2 U2 R2 U' L2 U R2 U' L2
