That's one of the fastest. Some people prefer the RU U perms, but both are equally good.

The objective answer is the infamous RUS algorithm. However, in practice I find RU to be the smoothest transitioning and most consistently fast, and thus the best.

Can you describe more of what you are looking for differently and which line case are you referring to?

Technically, F R U R' U' F' applied to every OLL where UL/UR edges have their EO solved & UF/UB edges do not have their EO solved would setup to a ZBLL.
That is how 2-look OLL is done, only the ZBLL aspect is overlooked and the alg after F sexy F' just solves the OCLL case set up.

This DOT OLL alg F R U R' U' F' f R U R' U' f' sets up the DOT to different OLL but has nothing to do with ZBLL.

There is also an alg for a 'line' OLL that is an OLLCP alg, F R U R' U' F' r U R' U' r' F R F'
However, it isn't to a 'ZBLL' even though r U R' U r' F R F' can solve a T ZBLL case and the OLLCP case exactly produced from the inverse of the OLLCP alg I listed.

Like the line case with no blocks goes into a t zbll which is more efficient then oll pll in that case

Just get better at M fingertricks. Don't use algs that facilitate your bad turning (unless you're literally missing a finger or something). Use either M2 U2 M U M2 U M2 U M or M2 U2 M U' M2 U' M2 U' M (these are mirrors of each other). Use the first one if you do lefty M moves and second for righty.

for fingertricks. Also, that video is useful for a lot of algs and their fingertricks.

That's the one I use, but with M' instead of M

Are you sure you know M and M' apart? Alnost everybody struggles with M when learning but I have never heard aomeone struggling with M'.
