If CP isnt solved prior to alg execution, then it can't be solved 2 gen

no because you're still changing the CP. The only 2-gen PLLs that you can get are Z H and U because they already have CP solved.

The only last layer cases that can be 2gen are the 2GLLs (subset of ZBLL) and the EPLLs (which technically are a subset of 2GLL...?)

I figured I would go here. Does any one have algs for PLL+PLL with parity algs for square-1? i.e: An Aa perm, with a ccw O-perm, as well as all the regular PLL's? Or would it not be worth it to even try to find them?

If you mean to permutate BOTH layers with this, then no. For just a single layer PLL there are plenty of ppl that have done this already.

If it's Roux I do (sexy) (sexy) (Rw sexy) or sexy sexy sledgehammer for CFOP.

For case 2 I don't have such a fingertricky solution but maybe R U R' U2' R U R' U' (Rw sexy or sledgehammer depending).

Both of those seem a bit long. I'm currently using algs of a similar length, but I'd like to find something a bit shorter.

Long maybe but still fast. You could try looking at some ZBLL algs. TBH they are just intuitive that I do for Roux.
