The inverse is the common one I think, together with R U R2 U' R' F R U R U' F'

These are all almost Rw/Lw/U2 moves. All have a rotation, and the second/third have an F2/B2 in, but they still flow well. You don't even need to pause for the rotation in the double parity alg. Also does anyone have a (r l U2) algorithm for the 4x4 OLL parity?
This F2L case continues to annoy me. I try to avoid it and insert other pairs before this one, but I can't keep avoiding it. For the picture below but rotated y' so that the case is in the back right slot, how do you guys insert it? Any rotationless algs?

He asked for when it was in BR.U2 R U R' F R' F' R
Or in a solve I might just go U' R U R' insert

I need an alg to rotate centercaps (for 3x3 shape mods) and a 4x4 parity alg.
180 degrees: (R U R' U)*5
90 degrees: M' U M E M' U' M E' (rotates 2 centers)
Wrong COU R' F R' F' R U' R
This is nice, thanks. I hate this case in Roux solves because I have to rotate.U R' U' M U R U' R' U' r
This is a great way to learn commutators. Put the centre on the right, or right/front if fixing two, then do M' S' M S. You'll see the two centres have been isolated from their own faces. Rotate the F then U faces to align the centres such that when you reverse the alg, S' M' S M, the centres become correct; then undo the F/U moves. It might take a few tries to grasp it, but it's a good trick to know.I need an alg to rotate centercaps (for 3x3 shape mods).
I might try generating some algs later, I also dislike my alg.
F' R U2 R' U2 R' F R U R U R' U' R U' R'
what about this one R U2 R' L' U2 R U' R' U2 L U' R U' R'
