This F2L case continues to annoy me. I try to avoid it and insert other pairs before this one, but I can't keep avoiding it. For the picture below but rotated y' so that the case is in the back right slot, how do you guys insert it? Any rotationless algs?

I don't know of any sites, but I also use it when I need to. All of the cases with 2 edges swapped on D are just 4 mover, 4mover, 4 mover if you do them right.

I need an OH alg for this ZBLL and it's mirror. Note that I use right hand for OH so <L,U> as much as possible. Thanks!

I use my left hand but it feels really good when I use my right hand for it.

L U2 z' U' L2' U L' z L' U L U R' U L' U2 R is also really nice
