Sets I know in full: 1. OLL, PLL, COLL, WV (I don't use all of COLL and WV though.)
Sets I partially know: 2. ZBLL, OLLCP, 1LLL, VLS
I'd recommend learning full COLL (mostly for the recognition because it helps a lot with ZBLL and OLLCP) and then learning some of the easy cases of the other sets. I think Chris Olson's video series would be a good place to start if you're looking for easy cases. For WV, I'd recommend learning at least 1-10 (and if you feel like it, 15, 17, 18, 21, 25 and 27) on this page.
