Sorry about the confusion. I searched around some more and found a tutorial on YT which was helpful. I learned all of the algs except for one of the ones with just the long bar, which I am going to learn now. Thanks for the link penguinz7.

Anyone have a good alg for this W case, something other than the lefty version of the other one?

Thanks, I found a good one which is a derivative of the J-perm.

I won't ask any more questions about algorithms, but I am curious about this: I'm currently using the last layer scrambler on qqTimer.net. However, the scrambles are long (17-20 moves) and annoying to perform. Is there a similar trainer which generates shorter scrambles?

Sorry again about asking more questions.

Pretty sure you can change the scramble length.

Sorry, but nope... qqTimer has the best scrambles for most things.

Where can I get a Black Moyu Aolong v1?

New probably nowhere now. 2nd hand probably on eBay. I happen to have one (v1, black) that I used for some hundreds / a couple thousand solves, so it is already broken in but in perfect condition and with plenty of solves in it still. You can send me a PM if you're interested.

Regarding practicing the cross: I have been trying to practice doing crosses blindfolded, and I can figure out all the moves I have to do, but I tend to have trouble remembering them, so I've taken to writing all the moves down as I figure them out and then at the end executing the whole solution I've written down to check myself. Is this a good idea, or would a better intermediate step be to just practice doing 3/4 of the cross or something, but do the moves from memory?

I always tried to permute 3 of the pieces and have a general idea where the 4th would end up.
