"More efficient" yes, "faster" debatable.

I use r2 D2 r U2 r' D2 r U2 r (9 moves), but that's for M-slice edge pairing. The E-slice version is not very good.

You should also be able to avoid this case most of the time if you pay more attention to edge cycles (e.g. you might choose to insert the previous edge flipped to force a 3-cycle finish rather than a 2-cycle finish). I'm not very good at this, but supposedly a few fast people do this instinctively.

Help! I use a method I call Yauduction, which is redux with 323 edge pairing, and I average 1:20. I want to switch to Yau, but everytime I try I get something like a 1:45 avg. Its all in the yau centers w/ the cross edges. Help!

will you still get parity if u solve 4x4 arrow cube ?
i just wondering, because in arrow cube, the arrow needs to be positioned correctly
i read from some sources, u get oll parity because u solve the center in the wrong position

Practice. Learn Half-centres. Slow down when doing cross since it's harder to find pieces.

This is incorrect. Please tell me what sources those are so I can (i) shout at the authors and (ii) make sure to never recommend them if they don't fix it.

Does it only have arrows (like a Shepherd's Cube) or does it have the usual six colours and arrows?

Either way, it's possible to do either of these:
1. swap two edge pairs (aka "PLL parity")
2. swap two edge pieces (aka "OLL parity")
without swapping anything else on the cube.

On the colours+arrows cube (which is just a supercube), these will manifest as the usual OLL parity and PLL parity when solving. On the arrows-only cube, that would probably depend on the arrow layout on the cube; you might get an additional weird case where it looks like you have to swap two corners (analogous to PLL parity), which you can solve by swapping two corners and two identical centres (possible).

sorry i cant post the spesific link to respect them.
its from the kewbz.uk

xyzzy, do u learn Triforce Method ?
what do u think about that method ?
that method avoids OLL parity, so, how does it work ?
This thread has more information than you thought you would get.
How it works
What to do
Why it's bad
Why nobody uses it
How to use it
And more

Responses have captured the common consensus that didn't change from what I have seen since then.
If you believe in it, learn it, surely it will be fun.

all of my OLL parity algorithm :
