Hello guys!
As you all know that after publishing a guide of solving a 9 by 9 using Petrus method, my 9 by 9 got broken, on 13th dec i reached home and yesterday i assembled my non magnetic 9 by 9 and now it is good to go. So i thought that lets start a 9 by 9 journey also.
These are my...
Hey everyone 👋
I’ve been focused on 6×6 solving for about few months now, and recently crossed 1100 recorded solves (tracked in cstimer).
I solve on a Cubelelo non-magnetic 6×6—a simple cube, but one I’ve mastered through precision and flow rather than hardware.

I made a video which is a tutorial for reducing a skewb to a pyraminx, which was a yet undeveloped method.
There are a total of 9 algs, which can be viewed here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12mT6f3DxC-Y35YmJG4FqQCJvf0p68LS_9oteQKHVgBI/edit?usp=sharing
So would there be a more efficient way to solve a big cube with only 3 colours other than converting to a 3x3x3 via redux and it's variants )as in standard big cubes)?
In addition, how would the movecount compare to the standard big cubes?
Lastly, what would be the best way to pair the...
Would it be possible to reduce a 4x4 to a 2x2x2? I tried once and it took me a few hours, but I think with practice I might be able to get it down to a few minutes. Has anyone found a quick method or is reduction to a 2x2 improbable for speed solving?
I am just wondering how most people do their 4x4 edge pairing for reduction/yau/something similar. I mean, do you do something like: 6-2-2-2, or 3-3-2-2-2, etc. Sorry if there's already a thread like this.
I need help making my time better... I use reduction(6 edge pairing method) followed by fridrich F2l then 3look LL.
My average is about 3 mins and i think I've finished reduction at around 1:30-1:45.. the rest is all 3x3x3.. which i think i'll improve on one day..
In my reduction, my...
