I know but i dont like going through like 4 or 5 algs to find the best one
Well there is no "best" alg for every case; everyone has different preferences. Also, 4 or 5 algs really isn't many to look through at all: when I generate algs, I sometimes look through 40-50 rather than just 4-5.

It's almost quicker to try 4-5 algs than it is to type a post out asking what other people use...

That's a poor attitude to have. These things come down to personal preference. You should be trying to find the algs that are best for you.

That being said, algdb.net has user accounts. Users can vote for the algs they like. The algs on each case are listed by vote count.

Hi, I started cubing about a week ago to posting this thread, and obviously I'm not going to be the best. I can barely get under 2 minute times, but I'm still learning OLL and PLL, so I'm not worried about that. What I am kinda worried about is a situation that has happened multiple times while doing F2L and practicing it. I'll have a picture of what it looks like, because it'll be a lot harder to explain. I'm talking about the orange-blue pair closest to the camera. T he white faces you while the top colors are the same. And I do see the green-orange pair to the left, but I'm looking for a solution to the blue-orange. Usually I'd do something like R' U R and solve it from that, but it's pretty inefficient to have to basically solve 2 pairs. Is there an algorithm that I could use to solve this problem? I'm also not talking about only if they're grouped together, like they are now.

I'm trying to remember an alg that I used to know. It was a Y-perm, but not from the typical angle; It swapped UF and UL, as well as UFL and UBR. The first two moves were R' U2.

If it makes it any easier to find, I read this alg in a post by the user Chree.

P.S. If anyone finds Chree's post, just leave a link to the entire thread.

Sorry, I want an alg that doesn't start with a Y or a U. I want to solve THAT angle, not some other angle. Sorry if I wasn't clear about that.

P.S. I need some new G-Perms for big cubes.

EDIT: I'm going to use [R U R' U : R' U2 R U R' U2 L U' R U L'] for my Y-Perm from the non-standard angle. Yes, I wrote that in conjugate form. Yes, I would still like some G-Perms for big cubes.

Anyone know a algorithm for the following (attached) scenario with bar on left. LEG-1 isn't the most popular, but still trying to work thru all the scenarios involved. Thanks.

Below is what I show or the set:
