QJ timers are really bad, they break easily. I reccomend a YuXin as it's good and cheap, but if you're not on any type of budget then just get a SpeedStacks Pro Timer

W OLL Alg?

Does anybody know a good fingertrickable alg for the lefty "W" OLL case other than the standard L' U' L U' L' U L U L F' L' F ?

Does anyone have tips to get faster at yau on 4x4? Finding the first 3 edges takes for me alof of time, the centers are going quite well, does anyone have tips for 3-2-3 edge pairing? The first 3 cross edges takes the most time for me.

Well, at least identify one of the edges in inspection and track. For 3-2-3, always make a mental note if where last edge you place and try to find the dedge that will pair with it next time.

Hi,
I am solving 4x4 with yau method and I use 3-2-3 edge pairing.
Once the cross and centers are done I always slice(uw'), put pieces in but sometimes I can only solve 2 pairs because certain pieces are next to a piece that I wanna slice back on.
And then I sometimes end up solving the next 2 pairs, and then I get messed up. Because then I have to solve 3 more, and for instance I slice and then the last 3 pairs are solved but the centers are misaligned, and when I slice the back I break up the last 3
pairs. And what sometimes happens is that with the last 3 pairs, I slice and then I have one pair solved but then I have a two pair(where you do an edge flip), but again the centers are not aligned.

I want to learn some Winter Variation but I have heard that some of the cases are not worth it. Which cases should I learn and what order should I learn them in?

I learnt the 'subset' which had a fully oriented 2x3. There are only 3 algs, one of which is the normal insert, and the other 2 are quite easy to learn. Easy recognition too!

can someone please explain how these F2L algs work on the leaflet that came with th guoguan yuexioa???

I think I'll learn that one first, but I'll probably want some other cases as well.
