Hello... I'm looking for a decent Dedge flip alg on the 4x4x4 for a lefty!

U' L' U' L U2 L' U' L, U R U R' U2' R U R'
As as noob I always finger the first part of algs like these(U' L' U' L or U R U R') as:
U' Middle finger
L' Wrist
U' Index finger
L Wrist
U Middle finger
R Wrist
U Index finger
R' Wrist
It's pretty fast to do it this way but of course I was wondering if there are any other ways to finger these triggers?
How would you guys do algs like these?

I will have a look at these in detail over the next couple of days and report back. (It's late here and I have a crazy day tomorrow).
The first one looks like it could be quite fingertrickable, and the second one looks ridiculously easy to memorise...but I fancy a crack at some of the experimental ones too.
