I was using a beginners method for 4x4 but i get this parity which is not covered in the vid where 2 edges are swapped. Does anyone have a decent alg for this? (There was only 'single edge flipped' and '2 corners swapped which, for the method I use [last layer: corners first] Is a valid situation)

Thanks everyone. Can now solve a 4x4 100% of the time. Onto multi blind one-handed petaminx.

Also what is the most efficient way to flip 4 edge pieces on the last layer without disturbing anything. Last layer is D for me because I learned to solve like that. It works fine because with ZZ i don't need to do that anyway... I'm just interested on efficient algs.

Edit: I used alg.cubing.net to make them R D R' D' because alga with L suck because I use my left hand for M/M' so it's easier.

Any good CMLL algs(or COLL algs) for the case "Bowtie" or "L"?
My soon to be algs suck and I want to change them. Thanky.

1. R' U' R U' R' U R U' R' U R U' R' U2 R
2. R' U2 R' D' R U2 R' D R2
3. R U2 R D R' U2 R D' R2 // R' F' R U R' U' R' F R2 U' R' U2 R
4. F R' F' R U R U' R' (not COLL) // F R' F' Rw U R U' Rw'
5. F R U' R' U' R U R' F' (not COLL) // F' Rw U R' U' Rw' F R
6. R' U' R U R' F' R U R' U' R' F R2 // L' U2 R U' R' U2 L R U' R'

Setup them up by inversing them (using http://cube.crider.co.uk/algtrans.html)

I have been using a method for 3x3x4 that does the inner two layers first, then does the outer layers. I can't find any PLL that doesn't mess up the inside layers, because most people do the outer layers first. A T or A perm that doesn't mess up the inner layers would be greatly appreciated( I know EPLL).

What's a good alg for flipping 4 or more midges on large cubes, only otherwise switching indistinguishable centers?
