What's a good center safe (specifically + centers on 5x5) alg for flipping two opposite midges?

M U2 M2' U R U' M2' U2 M' U' R' U, pretty sure that doesn't affect centres at all, I solve centres before edges which gives me more freedom. I know it's adjacent not opposite, but you can do a setup to suit, maybe something like F U R U' M2' U2 M' U' R' U M U2 M2' F' ?

I was actually going to ask for an adjacent alg as well, so thanks!

I'm not sure if this is the correct place so if not let me know.

I am looking for algorithms for these two cases but on a 4x4 fisher cube. The regular algorithms don't work.

I'm solving single-handed and am looking for an algorithm for PLL H (the one that swaps both pairs of opposite edges). I want to avoid M moves. I can substitute M for r^2R^2, but that's slow. Any cleverer suggestions out there?

What is a good 5BLD M2 midges-to OP corners parity alg? It should have the same affect as D' L2 D M2 D' L2 D on 3x3, except it should make the middle most M slice off by an M2 and swap UL and UB. The easier it is to remember, the better, I've got to learn it fast (within the next few hours)

Currently I do U' F2 U M2 U' F2 U (which does the same thing as D' L2 D M2 D' L2 D) and then I switch some wings with U2 (R U R' U') Rw2 Fw2 U2 r2 U2 Fw2 Rw2 (U R U' R') U2. A better algorithm would probably be U' F2 U M2 U2 (Rw2 Uw2 F2 r2 F2 Uw2 Rw2) U F2 U.

What is a centers safe 4/5BLD wings parity alg?
The best one I can find right now is to do r2 and then D' L' F setup move to r U r U' r' U' r U r U r' D' f2 r f2 r' U2 D r' U. Lower case letters represent slice moves.
If you don't want to have to use that algorithm, you could wait to execute your last wing target and fix parity after you solve centers (but solve wings before centers), or do all wings after solving centers.

That actually never occurred to me, thanks! And sorry for bothering you about all sorts of parity algs, I've done a few 4BLD attempts that were all DNFs due to stuff involving parity. My first attempt ever would have been a success if I had used a centersafe wing parity alg. Thanks!
