How do y'all keep track of splits? Do you just glance up at your timer after each stage or do you have some sort of timer that tracks them?

You can set csTimer to time splits in the options (option > timer > multi-phase). Just hit space after you're done with each stage.

0. Get a decent 6x6 (Yuxin, MoYu, QiYi)
1. Use reduction
2. Learn bad last-two-center case algs
3. Use Freeslice for edges
3a. Learn all L2E cases/algs - optional
3b. Avoid parity using aforemetioned algs + lookahead
5. Get really fast at 3x3 stage
by using the Thistlethwaite algorithm to solve 3x3 stage
6. See step 5 in previous post

Does anyone have a good way to tension the YuXin Red 6x6 without deconstructing part of a layer? I can do it pretty easily on lighter tensions, but I get pretty fearful that I'm gonna break my cube on heavy tensions (when I'm setting it up).

I love solving 5x5 and right now I'm averaging around 4:15-4:30 with reduction/freeslice. I want to improve to sub 3:00 in the next couple months.

What are appropriate splits for a 3:00 solve so I can start to prioritize my practice time?

not sure but i was probably 1, 1:20 and 40 when i was 3:00

My yuxin 6 turns out to be a horrible cube to use officially since it's too fast, and i really can't slow it down properly.

Weishi or wuhua? I have an wuhua at home and i don't really like it because it catches too much, maybe that's because its not broken in...?

wooo a 6x6 thats too fast? never heard of that o_O

High i just bought a new 5x5 cube and i'm learning edge parity algorithm. But there us someting i dont know how to solve and i didn't find my answer. What i am suppose to do when the three last edge au made of 3 differente cube . Egde parity ore use for the two last, but is there an algorithm for this? Bye example, it's like if you have cube 123, 231, 312, on diffente edge, thank you

Not sure what you mean by 3 different cubes, but if you need an algorithmic 5x5 parity sheet, I could show you this one.
