2 opposite centers
3 cross edges
Other centers
Final cross edge plus BL and BR edge slots paired, not solved
Redux
3x3 without cross

I find Rowe's tut most helpful. I think he didn't mention specifically 32223, but it is.

Wait, no, after rewatching it, I realise that it's not 32223. Let me find another one.

This one should be more accurate.

Really nice videos, I suddenly got an urge to start solving 4x4 again.

This way of solving seems so much simpler then the beginners guide I learned from. Intuitive solving is for me much more interesting and fun then learning algorithms.

My shengshou 4x4 catches a lot when you turn one of the internal layers separately. I'm not sure what version it is, but if anyone knows if this problem is generic and can be solved, please tell me.

Konsta + Florian mod should take care of that, i think

Is it better to use Yau or basic redux on cubes bigger than 4x4?

You don't actually need to mod it, just break it in a lot and it can be great too.

Reduction. Because the last four centers can be really limited without L, D, B and F turns, and the edge phase isn't really advantageous like the 4x4, because you can't just slice once and solve two pairs.

Q- Somebody please help me get sub5 barrier on 7x7.
I average 5:30 when going decent, splits are like 2:50(first 2 centers=1.05) - 2:10 - 30. First two parts can be 20 seconds up and down. 3x3 is so tough (maybe my hands are small)
I use a SS 7x7 (no mods or anything , just a little lubix to core)
I solve last 4 edges by doing a 5x5 L4E twice (except when i see some easy direct slice-flip-slice case)

What should be my rough splits to average around 4:50?
Also is there any directory or video showing good 7x7 specific stuff (like meep has 5x5 l2c and l2e algs). I feel extremely stupid when i do 2 parities to solve last edge at times

I think I kinda get it, The first 3 edges are fine, but do you make the next two by carefully choosing what edges you replace the first three with, so that when you slice back you have made 2 more?

After you make cross(on bottom)
1. do a u or u' move, Then put 3 edges one by one so that when you slice back at the end of 3rd one, 3 would be solved
At this point There will be just one unsolved edge in E layer
2. Bring another one in front of it so that its one slice away from being paired. Slice -> insert an edge from top layer so that when you slice back it gets paired -> slice back
3. Repeat step 2

Centers are fine, maybe a little more tps, but focus more on your edges. Keep looking ahead. I'd suggest watching WR material solves and try to look for tips and shortcuts yourself at this point.
