Six-Flip:
UL+UR edges at UB/UF: MU2M'UM'UMUM
UL/DF: M'UMUM
UR/UF: MU'MUM
And of course mirror those when necessary. I've been using this for years and I'm still not completely used to it. I often have to pause to find UL and UR. It may be best if you stick with one sequence instead of giving freedom to the centers to save moves.
Two-Flip (Two misoriented edges at UF+UB):
UL+UR edges at UF/UB: M'UMU'M'UM'
UF/DB: M'U2M'U'M
UL/UR: M'UMU'M'UM'
DF/DB: M'UMU'M'UM'
UL/DF: M'U'MUM
3-3 swap that preserves cp
The term double parity refers to OLL Parity + PLL parity. Based on you saying, "repeating the same alg twice," suggests that you are referring to the disjoint edge pairing cases.Question about 4x4 edge pairing, Does someone has an alg that when you have double parity on 4x4 while edge pairing you can solve all 4 edges in an alg and not repeating the same alg twice?

If I am understanding you correctly, there are many cases for pairing up 4 dedges in one algorithm.
Assuming you want the algorithm to affect the 4 dedges in M, here is one algorithm from cube exlporer:
Rw F2 Rw2 U2 Rw' U2 x' U2 Lw U2 Rw2 F2 Lw'
Also, this can happen in three dedges (obviously).
For example,
[Rw2 U' F' L U' F': Rw2].
If I am understanding you correctly, and I have not provided an algorithm for your specific case, please show me which one you're looking for.
Thanks cmowla, but now I see I wasn't clear enough. I want to swap to adjacent edges which are next to each other on the same side, without disturbing the rest of the cube (although the orientation of the edges is not an issue). I mean: swap both pieces that make an edge pair.
I'm trying to solve a trebjers 4x4 and my solution involves edge swapping on the final stage but I lack efficient algorithms for it.
N perms and G perms that only use R and U and/or F? can have z moves but not too many (the one i found had 4 z and z' moves)
