My hands are always slipping off the cube
If you're using a stickerless cube, try a stickered one. It might provide a slightly better grip. (Or it might not, but you won't know until you try.)

Also, I've heard Mats Valk uses baby powder (?) to improve his grip. Might want to experiment with that too.

I've never been able to do U2 with index-middle, as I just can't stretch my middle finger
Practise it a few thousand times to build dexterity in your fingers.

Alternatively, thumb-index/index-thumb double flicks (with different hands) are much easier to get used to, but harder to execute consistently. The only fast person I've seen using them is Mats, and he doesn't seem to use them often either.

How can I get better with double flicks (PLL algs mainly)? I'm mainly having trouble with M2s, and D2s. Can you guys help?

I noticed R U R' F' in quite a few 1 look PLL algs and I thought if that was at the end of the algorithm you could just quickly do an x turn then U' but if it's in the middle of an algorithm what's the best way to fingertrick it?

There are three ways to do it:

1. Doing the F move with your thumb by starting your first R move gripping the front top right corner, and keeping it there throughout the R U R' F'
2.You can use your left pointer/index finger to execute the F'. You start the R U R' like you would if you were taking out an F2L pair. Jb and Y perms use this a lot.
3. You start like the second example, but instead of using your left hand to do F', you push from the bottom-up with right pointer/index finger. It's like using your right hand to do U'.

Hopefully that helps!

Which finger do you use to do F and F' moves faster?
I usually rotate the cube upward so that my F becomes my D and then use ring finger but, I was wondering if there's better way to do the F move? On a 3x3x3

So basically right thumb for F' and left thumb for F. But doesn't that make you regrip the cube?
How do you hold the cube if your thumbs aren't on the F face?

I use right thumb pushing the FRD corner up for F', and mostly my right index finger pushing URF down on for F if it follows an R' move, or left thumb pushing up on FDL if my index finger is out of position. All of these can be done without a regrip.

Ideally you should be able to do both thumbs and indexs depending on when you have to do the move and if one of your hands is out of position.

F : Right Index
F': Right Thumb
Hmm this works really good for me. Thank you.

Not all the time, you've just got to use it when it fits... Another trick that's available. Sometimes Algs with slice/wide moves can work better than one's with F's.
That's right but sometimes it makes me confused all together(the slice and wide moves) and I end up messing the cube.

I hold it with my thumbs on the Face and middle and ring finger on the back.

Well I was actually having problem with the thumb doing the face turns but, my index finger does the work pretty well now I know how to use it. Didn't need to regrip. Thnx

Well I still am having some problem with the thumb so for now I guess I will just practice the index mainly and thumb slowly. Thnx for the advice.

Just in case you have any difficulty finding it, R U R' U' R' F R2 U' R' U' R U R' F' , The first F is done with your index finger as your hand is already in the correct position from the prevous R', then the final F (F') is done with the right thumb. You can also opt to doing all the U moves with your left hand only making the entire alg doable from homegrip to homegrip... Although not many people see a point.

Hey thnx so much for the algorithm :) ! Practiced that for like 15 mins now, and able to do the F and F' with the index and thumb fingers without regrouping, the only thing that slowed me down in this algorithm was the R' after the [R U R' U'] move, had to regrip for that R' , else the algorithm went pretty fast. Thnx a lot again for the help
