Suggest finger warm-up algorithm

Hello everyone, what algorithm you use to warming up your fingers? I see in speedcubing competition, Players before solving do finger warm-ups

I usually just do hand scrambles/untimed solves, or scrambling half the cube and solving it. I rarely do algs to warm up
