If you mean then COLL case you can use this easy to remember alg: (U') R U2 R' U' R U' R' + F R F' r U R' U' r', if you mean the ZBLL case Bindedsa alg is nice.

R2 D R' U R D' R' U R' U' R U' R' is a lot better as COLL and it's just the inverse of an easy WV cancelled into a different WV, The FB mirror of the inverse is also nice.

Does anyone know a single algorithm that can be used in any scenario to permutate and orient the 4 middle edge pieces in the 3rd layer of a 5x5? I realize the cube might have to be held differently or the 3rd layer positioned correctly to apply the algorithm. Someone gave me two different algorithm sets and was wondering if there was an easier way for every 3rd layer edge alignment. Thanks and the algorithms below are the ones someone suggested to me.
However, below are two algorithms you need to solve these 4 edges.
z 3R2 U2 3R2 U2 z' (adjacent 2 2-cycle)
z F2 3R2 U2 3R2 U2 F2 z' (diagonal 2 2-cycle)
In addition, you will need to solve three edges in the middle layer in some solves.
z 3R U2 3R' U2 z' (3-cycle)
z U2 3R U2 3R' z' (3-cycle) (the inverse of the first 3-cycle
However, below are two algorithms you need to solve these 4 edges.

You could do EOCPLL -> 2GLL or EOCPLL -> 2-gen OCLL -> EPLL. That's what I do for that OLLCP.
You can use F sexy S (sexy)2 f' for its mirror.

I know about PLL but this is what I meant again.
When you get any OLL case. Just do PLL instead of OLL.
Now, all the corners and edges match the colors of the centers.
(Another way to recognize this kind of case is that if you have the case and then twist the corners properly, You should only get these 2 cases)

For the OLL I like R U R' U R U' x' U F' U' l', I do the last U move as an right index push.
For CMLL, I think this 2x2 CLL/OLLCP case is way better R' U' R' F R F' R U' R' U2 R, the easy C OLL cancelled into a sune. It's also super easy to recognise as 1LLL.
